り部9bの後端の一部には爪9c…を設けてあ
る。また立上り部9bと所定の間隔をおいて、外
周に沿つて飾り用の立上り部9dが設けてある。
このために立上り部9aと9bとの間、および立
上り部9bと9dとの間には溝9e,9fが構成
され、この溝に後述の連結部材が嵌合可能であ
る。一例として爪9cを有する立上り部9bをア
ルミニウムなどの金属の薄板の芯9gを有する合
成樹脂で成形してそのたわみ力を強化し、立上り
部9a,9dと共に押出し成形した押出し材を用
いている。すなわち第4図示のような断面形状の
押出し材を成形した後で、必要な爪9cを残して
不要な爪の部分の立上り部9bの後端を切断す
る。この押出し材をガラス縁の一辺の長さに対応
する所定の長さに切断して四つの辺とし、各辺の
両端を45度に傾斜して切断し、傾斜部をつき合わ
せて四つの隅とする。第3図示のように各隅のL
字状をなす溝9e,9f内に、L字状の連結部材
10,11を嵌合させて接着剤にて固着する。第
5,6図示のように取付け板1の係止孔1aに
は、爪9cに対向する内側の辺に凹部1bを設け
てある。このために爪9cが係止孔1aを貫通し
てその縁に係止した後、これを取外す際には、ド
ライバなどを凹部1bへ挿入し、第6図上方へあ
るいは左方へ爪9cを押せば、爪は容易に係止孔
1aら離脱する。
