産業上の利用分野
本考案はシヤツトル式細巾織機のシヤツトル押
えの開閉位置を、電気信号により検知し、開いた
まま始動させることによる事故の発生を防止する
ために考案した、シヤツトル押えの安全装置に関

従来の技術
シヤツトル式細巾織機でのシヤツトル押えと

早く手動停止し、シヤツトル押えを手前上に開き
シヤツトルを取り出して緯糸ボビンを交換し元の
位置に収め、シヤツトル押えを閉めて始動するの
であるが、すでに他の織機に注意を向けていなけ

考案が解決しようとする問題点

ツチの回路を開放し、同時に警告灯が点灯し又
は、ブザーが鳴り知らしめる回路を設けたもので

作 用
細巾織機の緯人れは、広巾織機のシヤツトル打

由に摺動台6と表面均一にはめ入れてある、シヤ
ツトル4の底面両先端部にそれぞれペツク16が
挿入する穴17が穿つてあり、移送板14にはシ
ヤツトル底面の一対の穴17と同寸法位置にペツ
ク16が上下動自由の縦穴15が穿つてありペツ
ク16が挿入してある、又、摺動台6の中央の溝
13の一方の側面に板カム18が取付けてありペ
ツク16の下部に横溝が切つてあり、板カム18
と摺動自由にはめ合つている、板カム18は織巾
内をペツク16が移送板14の穴15に没入通過
し、通過後シヤツトルの穴17に挿入して移送板

点灯し又は、ブザーが鳴り同時に始動スイツチが
開放する回路を設けて本考案の装置の目的とする
効果が得られるかを試みたところ、同一の結果を
