す。 Reference numeral 5 denotes a waterway in a waterway type power plant as shown in FIG. The water stored in the water tank 7 passes through the water channel 5 and flows into the water wheel of the power plant 9 via the penstock pipe 8. The water channel 5 is formed by connecting elongated water channel elements 1 each having a cross-sectional shape. The water channel body 1 is formed by overlaying an FRP interior overlay layer 1b on the inner periphery of a concrete body 1a. The water channel bodies 1 are connected with a gap 2 in consideration of thermal expansion and contraction of the main body 1a and the interior overlay layer 1b. A sheet-shaped sealing material 3 is stretched between the ends of adjacent water channel bodies 1 on the inner peripheral side of the channel body 1 to close the gap 2. This sealing material 3 is made of rubber that has excellent weather resistance and can withstand the styrene monomer of FRP. 4 is an overlay layer made of FRP, in which a sealing material 3 is applied from the surface of the interior overlay layer 1b near the end of the water channel body 1.
It is formed by overlaying the top surface of the end. Reference numeral 10 denotes an FRP anti-turning sheet that prevents the overlay layer 4 from turning over from the sealing material 3 due to water flow, and is provided around the joint portion so as to cover the center of the overlay layer 4 and the sheet material 3. The upstream end of the anti-turning sheet 10 is adhered to the overlay layer 4 on the upstream side of the seam, and the downstream end of the anti-turning sheet 10 is a free end, so that the heat of the water channel body 1 is It is designed to accommodate expansion and contraction. Note that the interior overlay layer 1b may be overlaid only near the ends of the main body 1a for the sole purpose of improving the adhesion of the overlay layer 4. The center mark in Figure 3 indicates the direction of water flow.

よい。 FIG. 5 shows an example in which the joint structure A is applied to a waterway bridge, in which an iron waterway body 1 is laid on the waterway bridge 11. The above-mentioned joint structure A is also used when connecting the waterway body 1 made of concrete installed in the waterway body 1 . In addition, seam structure A
Of course, it can also be applied to the joints of general irrigation canals.

という利点がある。 As described above, the present invention creates a gap for thermal expansion and contraction between the ends of adjacent water channel bodies, and also provides a rubber sheet-like sealing material around the inner circumference of the water channel body to close this gap. An FRP overlay layer was applied from the inner peripheral surface near the end of the body to the upper surface of the end of the sealant, so the gap was filled from above with the sealant.
All you need to do is overlay the FRP overlay layer, which makes the sealing work easier than filling the gap with sealant. Moreover, the overlay layer prevents water from leaking between the sealant and the channel body. It has the advantage of being able to shut off reliably and improving the sealing effect.
