(Prior Art) Conventionally, when taking an X-ray image of the chest or abdomen in a hospital or the like, a part of the X-ray film is left as a non-exposed area and the chest area is taken. Required information such as the name of the person to be photographed is printed twice on the non-exposed portion of the X-ray film, or the required information is written on paper and affixed to the X-ray film.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when writing the necessary information on the X-ray film, it is difficult to write the film twice or paste a paper with the necessary information on it. It was very inefficient and there was a risk of transcription errors.

This invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and we focused on the fact that hospitals and other facilities are currently using synthetic resin consultation cards with names and dates of birth engraved on them. By filling the engraved recess with a lead component that does not allow X-rays to pass through, the medical examination card can be used when X-rays are taken.
The purpose is to make the card usable as a card for filling out required information, and to improve work efficiency during X-ray imaging without causing transcription errors.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The medical examination card for X-ray photography according to the present invention is constructed as shown in FIGS. It is characterized in that it is stamped in a concave shape and that a filler 3 made of lead powder or a powdered lead compound and an adhesive is filled and fixed in the concave portion 2a of the stamp 2.

(Function) When X-ray photography is performed with the medical examination card facing an X-ray film, the filling material 3 filled in the engraved recess 2a of the card body 1 blocks the transmission of X-rays. The material parts, that is, the necessary information, are printed as white outlines on the X-ray film.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a card body made of a hard plate made of synthetic resin, and necessary information such as a registration number, name, and date of birth are engraved 2 on the card body 1 so as to have a concave cross-section.

Further, a filler 3 is prepared by mixing lead powder or a powdered lead compound and an adhesive such as an epoxy resin in the form of paste or putty, and this filler 3 is filled and fixed in the recess 2a of the stamp 2. Thus, during X-ray photography, the filling material 3 blocks the transmission of X-rays, and the stamp 2, that is, the necessary information, is printed as a white outline on the X-ray film.

Then, using a spatula or the like, apply the filler material 3 to the stamped recess 2a from the back side of the card body 11.
The product is obtained by embedding the epoxy resin in the epoxy resin and leaving it for about 30 minutes to harden the epoxy resin.

In addition, if the degree of blocking of X-rays from passing through by the filler 3 filled in the engraved recess 2a is insufficient, a screen such as lead foil may be pasted on the card body 1, and the filler 3 may be blocked by the screen. By weakening the intensity of the transmitted X-rays, it is possible to clearly capture the necessary information on the X-ray film.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the medical examination card of this invention has
Since the required information is engraved on the card body 1 made of synthetic resin, and the recess 2a of the engraved part 2 is filled with a filler 3 that does not allow X-rays to pass through, transcription errors may occur as in the past. This has made it possible to improve work efficiency during X-ray photography and streamline hospital administration.
