タを出力するプリンタにおける印字ハンマに関す

カーボン紙を通して用紙に印字するため、0.3〜
0.5mmの長さを必要とするほか摩耗を考慮する場
合はさらに若干長くしておかねばならないため、
ピンの材質が限られたり、先端部のみに超硬チツ
プなどを固定しているが、ピン形状が複雑にな
り、寸法精度の確保が難しく、工数がかかり16ピ
ン、24ピンと高精度の文字を印字する場合には多
くの製作費がかかりプリンタ全体のコストアツプ

状が単純で、ハンマが軽量で強いものが提供でき

等の超硬質細径棒で長さ2a+tで、補強用のパ
イプ4は鉄製の外径φ1.0×内径φ0.3×長さ2b+t
を用いピン3をパイプ4に挿入後両端突出量Cを
位置ぎめ治具(図示せず)により合わせた後、両
先端部付近を数個所カシメた後、中心壁0−0′で
対称な板ばね1の取付穴11に挿入しハンマピン
の突出量を両側ともaに合わせロー付または抵抗
溶接などで固定する。これら印字ハンマの組立順
序は、前記のほか、板ばね1とパイプ4を先に突
出量bで固定した後ピン3をパイプ4に挿入し固
定しても寸法精度、取付位置精度の確保を損なう
ものではない。ピンおよびパイプは機械加工する
ことなく、引抜成形加工により所定の寸法精度が
容易に確保でき、長さも多数本まとめて同時切断
するのみでよく、板ばねへの取付位置精度も簡単
な治具によりピツチ、直角度、平行度なども確保
できるほか、先端部が軽量化し、ハンマの印字衝
撃時のヨーク、板ばねの摩耗も少なく、騒音も減
少し応答速度も高くすることが可能なほか、ピン
先端部の摩耗や破損時も交換部品の必要もなく、
板ばねを反転させるのみでよく、一枚で二枚分の
印字ハンマとして使用できるなど多くの効果を有
