滑さ及び確実性に欠ける嫌いがあつたのである。
また、直流形コンバインにおいては、上記コンベ
アにより穀稈の全体が扱室に供給されるため、該
室内における扱胴の回転に穀稈が容易に引きずら
れて、該扱胴周面の扱歯と穀稈の摺り合せによる
脱穀作用が効果的に行われず、扱残しを生じ易い
嫌いがあつたのである。

態で穂先側から導入されることにより、穀稈の穂
先部に対する扱胴の脱穀作用が効果的に行われる
ようにしたものである。

端部29a上へ密接状態として摺動可能に重合さ
せた構成とされていると共に、後部揺動部材29
は下方からバネ30によつて上方、即ちフイーダ
ーコンベアの下面10aに近接する方向に附勢さ
れている。ここで、上記バネ30は上端を後部揺
動部材29に連結され且つ下端をブラケツト31
に上下動可能に支持されたロツド32の回りに装
着保持されており、また上記側板27にはバネ3
0により揺動部材28,29が必要以上に押上げ
られてコンベア下面10aに干渉することを防止

くなり、また穀稈の量が多い場合は、その圧力に
より鎖線で示すように両部材28,29がバネ3
0に抗して下方に押下げられてコンベア下面10
aとの間隙が広くなるのであり、このようにして
穀稈の搬送量の多少に拘らず、該穀稈が常に案内
板26とコンベア10の間に適度の力で挾持され
ることになつて、搬送が円滑且つ確実に行われる
ことになるのであり、その場合に上記両揺動部材
28,29は後端部28aと前端部29aが密接
状態で重合せしめられているから、両部材が揺動
してもコンベアの下方が開口することはないので
ある。また、上記のようにして搬送される穀稈が
入口9aから扱室9内に導入される際には、穂先
側だけが該室内に突入して株元側が未だコンベア
10と案内板26の間に挾持された状態が生じる
のであるが、この状態においては扱室9内の扱胴

がないから、該穀稈の穂先部に対して扱胴が効果
的に作用し、扱残しを生ずることなく脱穀処理さ
れることになるのである。
