本考案は、穴明けポンチ用のストリツパ装置に

(従来の技術)
従来この種装置として、第1図に示すように、
ポンチホルダaに取付けた穴明け用のポンチbに
ウレタン製のストリツパcを外嵌し、ポンチホル
ダaの下動でダイd上のブランクwの穴明けを行
なうとき、該ストリツパcが該ポンチホルダaと
ブランクwとの間で圧縮変形されるようにし、該
ポンチホルダaの上動でポンチbをブランクwか
ら引抜く際に、該ストリツパcの弾性復元力でブ
ランクwを押えるようにしたものは知られる。こ
の場合、ストリツパcの内径をポンチbの外径よ
り多少小さくして、ストリツパcのポンチbに対
する締め代をとるが、製造公差や繰返しの使用に
よる摩耗により締りがなくなつてストリツパcが
脱落することがあるため、ストリツパcをその上
端においてポンチホルダaに接着剤eで接着する

本考案では、上記目的を達成すべく、ポンチホ
ルダに取付けた穴明け用のポンチにウレタンその
他の弾性材料から成るストリツパを外嵌するもの
において、該ストリツパの該ポンチホルダ側の端
部外周に環状溝を形成し、該環状溝に該ストリツ
パを挟圧する略U字状のクリツプを嵌着させたこ

し、該上型1に穴明け用のポンチ3を植設したポ
ンチホルダ4を取付けると共に、該ポンチ3に上
端を該ホルダ4に付き当てた状態で弾性材料例え
ばウレタンから成るストリツパ5を外嵌し、又該
下型2に該ポンチ3に対向するダイ6を埋め込み
式に設け、ここで該ストリツパ5は該ホルダ4か
らの該ポンチ3の突出長さより長い自由長を持つ
ものとし、かくて該上型1の下動によれば、先ず
該ストリツパ5の下端がブランクwに当接して引
続く下動により該ストリツパ5が圧縮され、次い
で該ポンチ3の下端が該ストリツパ5の下方に突
出して第3図示の如くブランクwの穴明けが行な
われ、穴明け完了後の該上型1の上動による該ポ
ンチ3のブランクwからの引抜きに際し該ストリ
ツパ5の弾性復元力でブランクwが上方から押え

き方向の撓みで吸収でき、ストリツパに局部的に
大きな応力が作用することを防止して耐久性を向
上でき、而もその構成はストリツパに環状溝を形
成してこれにクリツプを嵌着するだけで済み、構
