Claims (1)
複数個の加熱室を、同一真空室内に並設した連続
式真空炉において、下方に向つて薄肉となるテー
パ状断面を有する仕切扉を、隣合う両加熱室の開
口部間に昇降自在に配設し、この仕切扉を昇降駆
動する昇降駆動装置を設けるとともに、前記各開
口部の周囲に、前記仕切扉のテーパ状傾斜面に対
応する傾斜面を前面に有するつば部を設け、前記
両加熱室のつば部間に前記仕切扉を嵌脱するよう
にしたことを特徴とする連続式真空炉の扉装置。 In a continuous vacuum furnace, multiple heating chambers each equipped with a heating device inside are surrounded by an insulating wall and placed side by side in the same vacuum chamber.
