【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は卓上型装置などに用いられる台脚の取
付け構造に係り、特に、固着の改良を図つた台脚
に関する。

一般的に卓上に設置される装置には装置の筐体
底面に複数の台脚が固着されている。この台脚は
装置が設置された平面の多少のレベル差に対して
も安定するように、また、滑り止めを兼ねるよう
に、ゴム材などの軟質部材によつて形成されてい
る。かゝる台脚と筐体の固着はねじ止めなどによ
つて行なわれているものもある。しかし、ねじ止
めは取付用タツプ孔の加工、更にはねじ止め作業
が必要となり、工数増となる欠点を有している。
そこで、筐体側にプレスによつて円形状の貫通孔
を明け、これに台脚に設けられた溝を嵌合するこ
とで固着が行なわれるものもある。第1図は従来
の台脚取付け構造を側面図a、斜視図b、台脚取
付用貫通孔の平面図cで示すもので、台脚2は筐
体1に溝2Bによつて保持され、設置面3より筐
体1を支持するようにされたものである。台脚2
は同図bに示すようにゴム材などによつて円板状
に形成され、直径d1で厚さt1に示すツバ2Aが形
成されている。一方筐体1には同図cに示すよう
に直径d2の円形の貫通孔1Aが設けられている。
ツバ2Aの直径d1は貫通孔1Aの直径d2より大き
く、台脚2の固着はツバ2Aを変形させ、貫通孔
1Aに溝2Bを挿入することで行なわれる。貫通
孔1Aにツバ2Aを変形させて通す際、外力が必
要のため、溝2Bにドライバなどの先端部の突出
したものを挿入し、押し込むようにしなければな
らなかつた。したがつて、台脚2の取付作業には
ドライバ等の器具が必要であり、また、押し込む
時、力の加減をしないとツバ2Aを破損させる欠
点を有していた。
