一方樹脂ケース4が前記センサ受板9、絶縁性固
定基板1、可動基板2を覆うように台座8に固定
されていて、前記樹脂ケース4の上側中央部には
金属材料よりなる加圧棒3が貫通され、前記加圧
棒の下側面は可動基板2に密着し、一方前記加圧
棒3の上側面は絶縁板5を介してシヤフト受けバ
ネ6と連動し、前記絶縁固定板1と可動電極2と
で空気コンデンサを形成してなる高安定型静電容
量式荷重検出装置。 (2) 樹脂製ケース4は、下側開放形体のキヤツ
プ型形状をしており、内側部は正方形状であり、
その内側1辺の寸法は前記センサ受板9、絶縁性
固定基板1の1辺の寸法と対応し、又前記可動基
板2の外径寸法とも対応しており、又上側中央部
には加圧棒貫通用の中空穴があけられており、又
下側部分端面の4ケ所には、台座との間の固定用
の穴起部分がもうけられている実用新案登録請求

装置。 (3) 絶縁性固定基板1の上には、ギヤツプ形成
用積層部がもうけられており、前記金属可動基板
が上記ギヤツプ形成用積層部の上に接着なしで密
