ち、本例の換気扇を特徴づけるシヤツタ装置は、
本体枠1の排気開口部2を開閉する数枚(普通は
3〜4枚)のシヤツタブレード3と、このシヤツ
タブレード3を個別的に開閉自在に支承する左右
一対で一組をなす数組の支持ピン4と、各シヤツ
タブレード3を連結し連動関係にする連結部材5
と、連結部材5と各シヤツタブレード3を連絡す
る複数のブレード取付片6とを主体に構成されて
いる。各シヤツタブレード3は左右いずれか一方
に背後にフランジ状に突き出す側板部7を有し、
その側板部7には横向きの孔が貫設され、この孔
とは反対側の端部側上部には取付孔が貫設されて
いる。支持ピン4は本体枠1の排気開口部2側の
左右の内面に対向してねじ固定される縦長の固定
板8に対してそれぞれ縦並びにシヤツタブレード
3の取付間隔をおいてそれに対応する数だけ植設
され、固定板8の本体枠1への外側からのねじ締
めにより、本体枠1の左右内面かそれぞれ対向状
に内側に突き出す状態になるものである。固定板
8にはその上側と下側とにねじ締めのための構造
要素としてのボス部9が設けられ、そのうち一方
の固定板8の上側のボス部9には自由端側が本体
枠1の内面に向くようにカギ形に曲がつた押え部
材10が前方(吸込側方向)に一体に延出してい
る。連結部材5はシヤツタブレード3をそれぞれ
一側側の前方において連結し連動関係とする縦方
向に設けられる部材で、それぞれそのシヤツタブ
レード3の取付位置には、垂直方向に回転できる
ように取外し可能な枢支ピン11によつてブレー
ド取付片6が取付けられている。各ブレード取付
片6は、後部にシヤツタブレード3を当接させこ
れを取付けるための取付部12が曲げ形成され、
取付部12と枢支ピン11による枢支部との中間
には支持ピン4に遊嵌できる取付孔が形成されて
いる。そして、各ブレード取付片6は、それぞれ
の取付孔を押え部材10をもつ固定板8に植設さ
れた支持ピン4に内側から嵌合し、各支持ピン4
に対し回動可能に組付けられ、後部側において連
結している連結部材5の上下方向の摺動で支持ピ
ン4を中心に回動するのである。連結部材5は固
定板8の前側に位置することになるが、この内側
面には固定板8のボス部9から延出した押え部材
10の自由端が接触している。固定板8の押え部
材10は連結部材5の上下方向の摺動を拘束する
ものではないが、連結部材5を外側に向かつて押
圧し、各ブレード取付片6の支持ピン4からの抜
出を抑止している。

が連結部材5を介してブレード取付片6の支持ピ
ン4からの抜出を規制しているからである。従つ
て、シヤツタブレード3の着脱は、ブレード取付
片6の位置が決定されていることから容易なもの
となる。そして、固定板8を取外せば、本体枠1
に対するシヤツタ装置の部品をすべて分離でき、

本考案の換気扇は複数のシヤツタブレードを個別
的に取付け、各シヤツタブレードを連結部材に連
動関係に連結するブレード取付片を、それぞれ本
体枠の内面に取外し可能に固定され支持ピンを植
設してなる固定板の支持ピンに回動可能に嵌装
し、固定板に設けた押え部材で連結部材を外側に
向かつて押えるようにしたシヤツタ装置を備えた
ものであるから、各シヤツタブレードを個別に取
外して個々に清掃することができるうえ、各シヤ
ツタブレードを取外しても、連結部材やブレード
取付片の組付け関係が押え部材によつて保全され
るから、個別部品がばらばらになることがない。
そして、押え部材の押圧を解除してやればほとん
どの部品を本体枠から分離できるので、本体枠の
内部の清掃やメンテナンスが極めて実施しやすく
