きく形成しなければならないという問題点があ
り、またフイルムの大きさに比して濾紙は小型の
ものを使用しなければならないので濾紙の有効濾
過面積が小さいという問題点があつた。

沿つて濾紙5の裏面部にシール材6をシーリング
(第2図)し、或いは濾紙5がフイルム1より小
巾の場合は濾紙5の外周縁部に沿つてシール材6
をシーリング(第3図)してフイルター7を形成
するのである。なお、図中8はフイルム1の他方
の粘着剤層3に接着された剥離紙である。

て接着されるたるめ、小さなスペースで最大の濾
過効果を得ることが可能である。なお、第4図中
12は磁気デイスク、13はカバーである。
