Conventionally, a device as shown in FIG. 1 has been used to solve this problem. In Figure 1, 1 is a washing tank, 2 is a solvent tank, 3 is a solvent pump, 4 is a filter, 5 is a distiller, 6 is a cooler, and 7
is a water separator, and normally a circulation is performed in which the solvent is pumped up from a solvent tank 2 with a pump 3, passed through a filter 4, and injected into the washing tub 1 from a solvent injection nozzle 8, and then returned to the solvent tank 2. ing. And if the water content in the solvent increases,
The solvent is sent to a distiller 5 where it is vaporized and then passed to a cooler 6.
The method used was to liquefy the solvent, separate it into water and solvent in a water separator 7, and return only the solvent to the solvent tank 2. However, water separation may be insufficient and the water may return to the solvent tank 2 together. In this case, the solvent must be redistilled, which is not only time-consuming but also expensive. In addition, for devices not equipped with a water separation mechanism as described above, there is a method of adsorbing and removing excess water by washing something that easily absorbs water, such as a cotton towel basket, in the washing tub, but this method is not efficient. That wasn't a good way to do it.

[Purpose of the invention] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a water absorption tank that introduces solvent from a solvent tank and absorbs water, and stores a plurality of water absorption cylinders in this water absorption tank through liquid passage gaps. However, the solvent is caused to flow from the outer periphery toward the center of the water-absorbing cylinder to absorb and remove moisture in the solvent.

Next, if the amount of water in the solvent increases and the solvent becomes cloudy or emulsified, or if you want to remove water periodically to suppress the increase in water, first use the solvent tank 2, solvent pump 8, distillation The solvent is circulated in the vessel 5, the cooler 6, and the water separator 7 to separate water. If water that has not been further separated remains in the solvent, the valve 27 is opened and the valve 13 is closed to circulate the solvent through the solvent tank 2, solvent pump 8, filter 4, and water absorption tank 26. At this time, water in the solvent is absorbed and removed by the water absorption layer 49 made of water absorption fibers provided in several layers during the process in which the solvent flows from the outer periphery to the inside of the water absorption body 31. 34 to the bottom of the water absorption tank 26, and returns to the solvent tank 2 through the return pipe. After the water absorption layer 49 has absorbed some water, the water absorption body 31 is taken out from the water absorption tank 26 and replaced with a new water absorption body 31. A bellows-shaped paper tube 39 is provided on the outermost periphery of the water absorbent body 31.
There is also a filter 4 in front of the water absorption tank 26.
Because it passes through the water, solvent contamination does not have a negative effect on the water absorption capacity. Since the plurality of water absorption tubes 36 are arranged concentrically with the liquid passage gaps 37 interposed therebetween, high water absorption capacity can be obtained without increasing the pressure of liquid passage.

[Effects of the invention] According to the invention, a washing tub into which a solvent is sprayed;
It consists of a solvent tank that collects the solvent from the washing tub and sends it back to the washing tub, and a water absorption tank that houses a water absorbent that absorbs water by passing the solvent sent from the solvent tank from the outer periphery toward the center. , the water absorbent body is composed of a plurality of water absorbing tubes made of water absorbing fibers arranged concentrically with gaps in between and a bellows-shaped paper tube fitted on the outermost periphery, so that the solvent that has absorbed the water depth is By passing the solvent through a moisture absorbing tank, the water absorbing cylinder made of water absorbent fibers absorbs the moisture in the solvent and allows only the solvent to pass through, making it possible to easily remove the moisture in the solvent. In addition, since a bellows-shaped paper tube is inserted into the outermost periphery of the water absorbent body, the dirt in the solvent is passed through the paper tube, preventing dirt from adhering to the water absorption tube. The water absorbency of the cylinder is not impaired. Furthermore, when the water absorbing cylinder has absorbed a certain amount of water, the water absorbing body can be taken out from the water absorbing tank and replaced with a new one, thereby preventing a decrease in the water absorbing capacity. Furthermore, since the structure of the water absorbing body is simple, it is easy to manufacture and the water absorbing tube can be easily replaced.
