Conventional technology Conventionally, as this type of railroad crossing board, for example,
As shown in Publication No. 8265, a structure in which the base end of a tread plate and the base end of a tread plate are connected and fixed, and a leaf spring is disposed between the tread plate and the tread plate is widely used. ing. In a takeoff board having such a structure, when a player jumps onto the board, the leaf spring is elastically deformed and accumulates force in the upward direction.

Problems that the invention aims to solve By the way, this type of railroad crossing board is widely used from so-called gymnasiums aimed at children to general competitions. It is required that the person has the following. If a relatively light person such as a child uses a stiff material, sufficient repulsion may not be obtained, and conversely, if a relatively heavy person such as an adult uses a material that is too soft. Sufficient repulsive force cannot be obtained.

Means for Solving the ProblemsThe takeoff board according to this invention has a plurality of cushion bodies having different physical properties, which are stacked on the step board, to reduce the feeling of bottoming out, and to reduce the feeling of bottoming out. While making the spring itself highly resilient, a plurality of elastic blocks are interposed between the tip of the tread and the tip of the leaf spring, and the number, spacing, shape, and size of the blocks are set appropriately. By doing so, desired rebound resilience and shock absorption properties can be obtained.

The above-mentioned tread plate 2 has a rubber content of 10% on the upper surface of the tread body 5 made of wood plywood which is slightly curved upward.
The first cushion material 6 is approximately 1 cm thick and is made of a flexible closed cell ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin low foam sheet with a foaming ratio of ~20% and a foaming ratio of 4 to 7 times.

A second cushion material 7 with a thickness of approximately 1 cm made of a low foam sheet of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin with a foaming ratio of ~28% and a foaming ratio of 14 to 15 times is adhered, and a carpet 8 is further adhered to the upper surface of the second cushion material 7. There is. By providing the layers of cushioning materials 6 and 7 in this manner, both the rebound resilience and shock absorbing functions are harmoniously satisfied, thereby reducing the so-called feeling of bottoming out during a takeoff.

The elastic blocks 4 are compressed in the vertical direction and expanded in the width direction due to the large load applied at the time of a railroad crossing, so it is necessary to arrange them at intervals as described above. If these are arranged in close contact with each other, the bulge in the width direction will be restricted, and the rebound resilience and shock absorption properties of each elastic block 4 will not be effectively exhibited.

The material used for the elastic blocks 4 is a flexible, closed-cell, rubber-added ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin low foam that can harmoniously satisfy the conflicting functions of rebound resilience and shock absorption. The rubber content is preferably about 10 to 20%. In addition, the foaming ratio is 4~
About 7 times as large is suitably used. This is because if the foaming ratio is about 4 times or less, the impact absorption property will be poor, and if it is about 7 times or more, the impact resilience will be poor.

特に好適な発泡倍率は、5〜6倍程度である。

Effect of the invention In the level crossing board according to this invention, the base end portions 2a, 2a of the footboards 2, 2 and the base end portion 2a of the footboard 2 are connected and fixed, and a leaf spring is provided between the footboard 1 and the footboard 2. 3, first, the step board 2 has a step board body 5 made of wood plywood that is slightly curved upward, and a rubber content of 10 to 20% and a foamed board attached to the upper surface of the board body 5. A first cushion material 6 made of a flexible closed-cell rubber-added ethylene vinyl acetate resin foam sheet with a magnification of 4 to 7 times, and a vinyl acetate content of 25 to 28% and an expansion ratio of 14 to Since it is made up of a second cushion material 7 made of an ethylene vinyl acetate resin foam sheet containing 15 times as much vinyl acetate, and a carpet attached to the upper surface of the second cushion material 7,
The tread itself has excellent rebound and shock absorption properties, particularly due to the laminated arrangement of the first cushion material 6 and the second cushion material 7, which have different physical properties, on the upper surface side of the main body. By satisfying the functions in harmony, it is possible to reduce the so-called feeling of bottoming out at a railroad crossing and to make it bounce well.

Since the spring is made up of a plurality of elastic blocks 4 having rebound resilience and shock absorption properties, which are interposed at predetermined intervals, it is not possible to use leaf springs 3 with different characteristics as has been done in the past. Without,
By simply setting the size, shape, arrangement interval, and number of the elastic blocks 4 as appropriate, the rebound resilience of the entire crossing board can be improved even though it has exactly the same footboards 1, treadboards 2, and leaf springs 3. And shock absorption can be set arbitrarily and delicately.

Therefore, even when manufacturing various railroad crossing boards with different characteristics, the troublesome manufacturing work of manufacturing various leaf springs 3 with different characteristics can be omitted, and only one type of leaf spring 3 and a plurality of elastic blocks 4 can be used. It is only necessary to manufacture ..., and the elastic block 4 ... is made of a flexible closed-cell rubber-added ethylene vinyl acetate resin (EVA) low foam that can be extremely easily molded into any size and shape. Since these components can be mass-produced, manufacturing efficiency can be improved, and the cost of the product can be reduced.
