をトンネル状に覆うとともに内部に無菌エアーを
導入して陽圧状態に保つた無菌チヤンバと、この
無菌チヤンバ内にスチームを供給して包装容器の
殺菌を行うスチーム殺菌手段と、前記無菌チヤン
バの一端開口部近傍に配置され前記スチーム殺菌
手段で使用されたスチームを回収排気するスチー
ム回収手段とを具備してなることを特徴とする無
