BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Decorative chains made of precious metals (eg, gold), such as necklaces and bracelets, have been known for a long time. Figure 1 shows three examples of conventional decorative chains, all of which are made by connecting the small pieces that make up the chain with pins or screws. As a chain, it lacked fashionability.

FIG. 2B is a diagram showing a specific example of the small ball 1, which is a hollow ball made of a precious metal (for example, gold) and has an insertion opening 3 for a pin 2 and a notch 4 on its surface. The shape of the small ball 1 is not limited to a sphere, but may be a polyhedron or a spheroid.

FIG. 2C is a diagram showing a specific example of the pin 2 that connects the small beads 1, and the pin 2 is provided with a head 5 having a diameter of 1.5 mm at both ends. This head 5 also has an insertion port 3 for the small ball 1.

In addition, as an example of the structure of the skeleton shown in FIG. 2A, there is another structure in which small beads made of precious stones having a through hole along the central axis are strung together with a strong thread.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a small piece 6 which is a characteristic component of the decorative chain according to the present invention, and FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing the shape of the small piece 6 after being punched out. The small piece 6 is made of a noble metal (for example, gold) material.

Incidentally, the small piece 6 may be made of a bar material or the like instead of a plate material. Locking portions 7 are provided at both ends of the small piece 6. The structure of the locking portion 7 may be modified in various ways other than the notched ring shown in FIG. 3A. Third
Figures B, C, and D show the shape of the small piece 6 after being bent, and this shape may be of various shapes such as a semicircle, a triangle, or a square. During the bending process, the straight-line distance between the two locking portions 7 at both ends of the small piece 6 is set to correspond to several frames (for example, seven frames) of the skeleton portion shown in FIG. 2A.

FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the process of incorporating the folded piece 6 into the skeleton.
First, the semicircular piece 6-1 is locked to the pin 2-0 and the pin 2-7 seven frames ahead. That is,
After pushing apart the notched rings of the locking portions 7 provided at both ends of the small piece 6-1 and installing the pin 2 inside the ring, the opened rings are closed and locked. Since the inner diameter of the pin is set smaller than the inner diameter of the closed ring, the small piece 6 is rotatably locked. Note that the locking structure described above is one example, and it is needless to say that the locking structure is not limited to this structure.

Next, another small piece 6-2 is locked to the pins 2-2 and 2-9 so as to partially overlap the small piece 6-1. Furthermore, the small piece 6-3 is locked to the pins 2-4 and 2-11 so as to partially overlap the small piece 6-2. In this way, the pieces 6 are assembled one after another so that they partially overlap.

The right end locking portion of the small piece 6-1 is locked to the pin 2-0, and the right end locking portion of the adjacent small piece 6-1 is locked to the pin 2-2. is left in between. That is, the small pieces 6 are locked by shifting two valves at a time. This is the small piece 6-0 that will be installed later on the remaining pin 2-1.
This is to lock the locking part at the left end of the. In other words, the structure is such that the left end of another small piece is locked between the locking location on the right end of one small piece and the locking location on the right end of an adjacent small piece.

Now, FIG. 5 shows an overview of the finished product obtained after performing the assembly described above. Adjacent pieces are attached so that they partially overlap and are rotatable relative to the pin, so the pieces take positions that are rotated little by little. As a result, the small pieces exhibit a spiral structure or wave shape.

As mentioned above, the present invention has a structure in which folded pieces are assembled so that they can rotate freely and partially overlap each other, so the pieces form a wave shape, resulting in an elegant and three-dimensional effect. There is an effect that it is possible to obtain a decorative chain with a high class quality. Furthermore, since the assembly structure is simple, manufacturing costs can also be reduced.
