冷凍機構5へ接続された蒸発管6をコイル状に設
置し、その内方には元端をコツク7を介して飲料
供給源(図示せず)へ接続され、先端を注出コツ
ク8へ接続した飲料冷却管9がコイル状へ設置さ
れている。蒸発管6と飲料冷却管9とは液槽4へ
貯えられた水等の冷却液10中に同心状に水没し
て設けられ、冷却液10は電動機11により回転
される羽根12のため上方から下方へ或いはその
逆方向へ液槽4内を循環するようになされてい
る。冷却液10の斜線で示した部分は蒸発管6の
周囲に生成された氷13であつて、その重即ち蓄
氷量は蓄氷制御素子14により冷凍機構5を制御
して所定量を蓄氷するようなされている。この氷
13は冷却液10と熱交換することによつて飲料
冷却管9内の飲料を冷却するようになつている。
このようにして冷却された飲料は注出コツク8か
らコツプ等(図示せず)へ提供される。
