【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は自動車等の車輌に於て、手動で風向き
を変化させて送風できるようにした車輌用ベンチ
レーターに関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a vehicle ventilator that can blow air by manually changing the direction of air in a vehicle such as an automobile.
(従来技術)
車輌用ベンチレーターはインストルメントパネ
ル等に取付けられ、一般的にはベンチレーターケ
ースはその断面が矩形のものが多いが、近年意匠
的観点から吹出口部を異形にしたり、インストル
メントパネル内に配設される種々の部品との関係
でベンチレーターケースは必ずしもその断面が矩
形状とは限らない。これらの場合各フインの形状
がケースの形状に合うように異ならせてあり、そ
の結果各フインのケースに対する取り付け位置は
特定されている。また一般的に複数枚のフインを
有するベンチレーターでは、その風向を変更させ
る為の操作ノブを1つのフインに一体に設けてい
るものが使用されており、操作性を考慮してこの
操作ノブを有するフインの位置は複数枚のフイン
の中央部に設けられている。ところで従来は各フ
インの両側軸を同径とし、ケース側壁に同径の円

上記従来技術に於ては各フインはどの位置にも
取り付け可能なので誤組立を生ずるという問題点
があり、単に孔径を異なせると各フインのトルク
が異り平行回動させる操作が不均一になるという

本考案は上記問題点を解決するため複数枚のフ
インを平行に配設してその両側軸をケースの両側
壁に一定間隔で形成した各円孔に嵌合し、各フイ
ンを連結体で連結して一体回動し得る如くした車
輌用ベンチレーターに於て、各円孔の径を異に
し、各フイン両側軸が嵌合する両円孔の径の合計
長さを略同じになる如くしたことを特徴とするも

いので誤組立がなく、しかも組み立てられた各フ
イン9,10,11,12,13,14のトルク
は略等しくなるので均一に円滑に回動させること
