け軸と、 前記アームの先端部に、前記ベルト巻掛け軸に
対し遠近方向にスライド可能に取付けられ、ベル
ト巻掛け軸の前記平面との対向面が平担面をなす
ベルト押込軸と、 前記アームの基端部に、所定ストロークスライ
ド可能に取付けられ、かつスプリングにより常時
アームの先端側に押圧付勢されるストツパと、 前記本体の各側板基端部にそれぞれ形成され、

端部がスナツプ係合されるとともに、前記ストツ
