同期して回転させる「二軸回転」と、電動機の回
転を内側回転軸にのみ伝達して内側回転軸だけを
回転する「一軸回転」とに選択切り替え可能にす
る回転伝達機構が設けられ、更に外側回転軸の回
転のみを停止するロツク機構を備えていることを
