However, with equipment that only has a tilting function, especially if the bottom area of the pallet is large and the target product is heavy, the height of the top and bottom ends of the pallet will increase when the pallet is placed in a tilted arrangement, causing a significant change in the working posture. Therefore, the workability is not good, and there is a problem that heavy muscle work cannot be completely solved. In addition, in the latter case, which has both tilting and lifting functions, it is necessary to provide separate actuators for each function, which increases the complexity of the device structure and production costs, and also increases the size of the device. There is a problem that this leads to a reduction in the size of the work space.

In addition, when tilting the pallet truck from an inclined state to a horizontal state, the lower guide of the pallet truck is stopped by projecting the stopper pin into the lifting guide rail and letting out the hoisting device.
In this position, the upper lifting guide corresponds to the detachment notch of the guide rail, so the lower lifting guide serves as a rotational fulcrum, and the upper edge of the pallet truck passes through the guide rail and becomes horizontal. Therefore, tilting and raising and lowering can be easily performed by moving the stopper pin in and out.

An inverted U-shaped suspension member 14 is connected to and can be moved up and down by operating the chain block 12. At the tips of both arms of the suspension member 14, there is a pallet truck 18 on which a pallet 16 can be placed.
is pivoted. The pallet truck 18 has an L-shaped side surface, and the upper back end side surface of the pallet truck 18 is used as a pivot point with the suspension member 14. A pair of upper wheels 20 are attached coaxially with the pivot point of the pallet truck 18, and a pair of lower wheels 22 are attached to both sides of the tip of the seat of the pallet truck 18.

One of the lifting guide rails 24 is for guiding the upper wheels 20 of the pallet truck 18.
The upper wheel 20 is attached to a position near the center of the column leg in order to restrict the upper wheel 20 in the lifting range of the column leg. The other lifting guide rail 26 is attached to a position extending forward by a distance corresponding to the seat portion of the pallet truck 18 in order to guide the lower wheels 22 in the lifting range. Therefore, both guide rails 2
4 and 26 are arranged and fixed in parallel to each other at the same fixed angle of inclination. Therefore, the pallet truck 18 is guided by the lifting guide rails 24 and 26 by operating the chain block 12, and can be moved up and down at a constant angle of inclination.

In addition, a stop pin 3 for stopping the downward movement of the pallet truck 18 is provided in the middle of the elevating guide rail 26 that guides the lower wheel 22.
0 is attached to the guide rail 26 so that it can be moved in and out automatically or manually, and supports the lower wheel 22 when it is projected into the rail. Here, the attachment position of the stopper pin 30 is set in a certain relationship with the detachment notch 28. That is, the height position is set so that the pallet truck 18 is stopped at a position where the upper wheel 20 faces the notch 28.

After pushing the pallet into the guide rail 26 automatically or manually, the chain block 12 is let out to lower the pallet truck 18. When the lower wheel 22 comes into contact with the stopper pin 30 as the truck 18 descends, the truck 18 tries to rotate around the lower wheel 22, and at this time, the upper wheel 20 faces the notch 28, so as shown in FIG. As shown, the upper end of the pallet truck 18 is connected to the guide rail 24.
It will come out of the way and rotate to a horizontal position. In the horizontal state, the pallet 16 can be taken out from the cart 18 using a lift or the like. Pallet truck 18
If the upper wheel 20 is to be tilted from a horizontal position, the above-mentioned operation may be reversed, and the upper wheel 20 will be placed in the notch 2.
8 until it enters the guide rail 24.
After winding up and rotating 8, the stopper pin 30 can be pulled out.

In addition, tilting can be easily performed by simply moving the stopper pin 30 in and out, and by simply moving it up and down. Therefore, both tilting and lifting functions can be performed using only a single actuator.

As explained above, the pallet truck is moved up and down along the guide rail arranged at an incline, and the stopper for the lifting guide for wheels etc. provided on the truck and the notch for detachment are provided on the guide rail, so that it can be easily tilted by operating the stopper. Since the present invention can be manufactured multiple times and can perform both functions with a single actuator, it is possible to obtain a pallet tilting and lowering device with an extremely simple structure.
