Abstract

Consequently, the optical head 1 is positioned with a good accuracy and, simultaneously, moved in a moving direction 5. ヘッドに前記案内シャフトの軸方向に駆動力を与える手
段とを設けることにより、ヘッドの高精度の位置決め規
制を行いつつ、摺動させることができる。
