Claims (1)
- 相対して設けられる誘電体電極の外側に金属電
極が配置され、これら電極間に高周波電圧が印加
されると共に、前記誘電体電極間にはレーザ媒質
ガスが循環供給されるガスレーザ装置において、
前記金属電極の図心を前記誘電体の図心より前記
レーザ媒質ガスの流れの上流側に設置したことを
特徴とするガスレーザ装置。
