Conventionally, liquid anesthetics are often used as anesthetics for gas anesthesia, and a liquid anesthetic vaporizer is used as a means to vaporize the liquid. A schematic diagram of its structure is shown in FIG. The vaporizer includes a gas inlet 1 for a vaporizing medium for vaporizing a liquid anesthetic, an anesthetic gas outlet 2 for a gas containing the liquid anesthetic, a vaporization concentration control unit 4 fixed to a vaporization gas concentration adjustment dial 3, and a liquid anesthetic. An anesthetic solution tank 7 is provided which stores an anesthetic agent 5 and also serves as a vaporization chamber 6 for vaporizing the liquid anesthetic agent. The anesthetic solution tank 7 is provided with an injection port 8 for injecting a liquid anesthetic, and a removable injection port plug 9 is attached to the injection port. It is designed to be removed and the anesthetic solution in the anesthetic solution storage bottle 10 is injected. In addition, at the junction of the injection port 8 with the anesthetic liquid tank 7, the anesthetic agent discharged from the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 flows into the injection port 8.
There is a liquid tank inlet hole 11 made to enter the anesthetic liquid tank through the anesthetic liquid tank, and a gas vent hole 12 in the anesthetic liquid tank 7. The liquid anesthetic is smoothly injected from the injection port 8 by discharging the anesthetic gas that has become anesthetic to the outside through the gas vent hole 12. In addition, in order to drain the anesthetic solution 5 in the anesthetic solution tank 7, a drain valve 13 is provided, and by opening the valve, the anesthetic solution is drained from the drain port 14 after use and stored. It's normal.

8, natural vaporization from the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 and injection port 8, and natural vaporization from the vicinity of the drain port when the liquid is drained, contaminates the room where the anesthesia machine is installed with the anesthetic and prevents surgery. It is harmful to the doctors and nurses who carry out this procedure.

There is a risk that it will happen.

い。(3) While the liquid anesthetic vaporizer is in use, the vaporizing medium gas (usually a mixture of oxygen and laughing gas) enters the vaporizing chamber 6 from the inlet 1 in Figure 1 as shown by the dotted line.
The anesthetic gas escapes to the outlet 2, but at this time the internal pressure inside the vaporization chamber 6 increases, so when the injection port stopper 9 is removed, the gas within the vaporization chamber 6 leaks to the outside through the injection port 8. Therefore, it is not possible to add more anesthetic while the liquid anesthetic is in use, and the liquid anesthetic vaporizer must be stopped when refilling.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has been developed to replace the anesthetic solution storage bottle that stores the anesthetic solution injected with the anesthetic solution tank of the anesthetic agent vaporizer and the anesthetic solution drained from the anesthetic solution tank. Instead of separating the vaporizer and using it separately, the anesthetic vaporizer and the anesthetic solution storage bottle are connected with two flexible tubes, and the anesthetic solution storage bottle is moved up and down.
By changing the height position and orientation of the anesthetic solution storage bottle, it is possible to inject the anesthetic solution into the anesthetic agent vaporizer and drain it from there, as well as to remove anesthetic gas that contaminates the room. It is designed so that it can be stored in an anesthetic solution storage bottle through a connecting tube.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. As shown in FIG. 2, there is a block 20 for injecting and discharging liquid anesthetic into the anesthetic tank 7 of the liquid anesthetic vaporizer.
is attached, and at the top of the block there is a stopper chamber 21 that communicates with the vaporization tank 6 of the anesthetic solution tank.
A stopper ball 22 made to have a lower specific gravity than the liquid anesthetic is provided therein, and a valve seat 23 into which the stopper ball 22 is fitted when the stopper ball floats up. Further, a gas circuit valve 26 for opening and closing the gas circuit 25 is installed in the middle of the gas circuit 25 which communicates from the valve seat 23 to the gas connection port 24 of the block 20. On the other hand, an anesthetic solution circuit 2 is provided at the bottom of the block 20 so that the liquid anesthetic 5 in the anesthetic solution tank 7 communicates with the anesthetic solution connection port 27.
8, and an anesthetic solution valve 29 for opening and closing the flow of anesthetic solution is provided between them. A flexible gas circuit pipe 30 is attached to the gas connection port 24, and is deeply inserted into the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 through its bottle mouth cap 31. This gas circuit pipe 30 is provided with a small hole 32 near the bottle opening in the bottle 10, as shown in FIG. An upper stopper 33, a lower stopper 34, and a moving tube 35 that moves between the two stoppers 33 and 34 are fitted. When the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 is placed normally as shown in FIG.
go down to the stopper 34 side and open the small hole 32,
Also, as shown in Figure 4, when the bottle is turned upside down,
The moving tube 35 is structured to descend to the opposite stopper 33 and close the small hole 32. Similarly, a flexible anesthetic solution circuit pipe 36 is attached to the anesthetic solution connection port 27, and is inserted shallowly into the anesthetic solution storage bottle 10 through the bottle mouth cap 31.

It communicates through main pipes 30, 36, 26,
A circuit that can be opened and closed is constructed using 29 valves. When a liquid anesthetic is to be injected into the vaporization tank, the gas circuit valve 26 and the anesthetic solution circuit valve 29 are opened, and the anesthetic solution storage bottle 1 is
0 is turned upside down and raised to the top, the liquid anesthetic in the bottle 10 passes through the anesthetic solution circuit pipe 36 and flows through 27, 29,
28 and is stored in the anesthetic solution tank 7. On the other hand, the same amount of gas in the vaporization chamber 6 as the stored anesthetic solution is 21-2
3-25-26-24 and enters the gas circuit pipe 30, and as shown in FIG. , which will form a circuit during implantation. When the liquid anesthetic is injected into the vaporization tank 7 to the level where it can be injected, the stopper bulb 22 floats up the stopper chamber 21 and hits the valve seat 23, closing the circuit leading from the vaporization chamber 6 to the circuits 21 to 24 at the valve seat 23. Therefore, the gas in the vaporization chamber 6 does not escape, and the liquid anesthetic from the anesthetic solution storage bottle 10 does not enter the anesthetic solution tank 7, thereby preventing the liquid anesthetic from being replaced. At this point, the injection is completed, and the gas circuit valve 26 and anesthetic solution circuit valve 29 are closed.

9, it passes through the anesthetic solution connection port 27, the anesthetic solution circuit pipe 36, and falls into the anesthetic solution storage bottle 10. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the transfer tube 35 falls downward and opens the small hole 32, so the gas in the anesthetic solution storage bottle 10 passes through the small hole 32 and through the gas circuit tube 30, and is connected to the gas connection. Port 24, gas circuit valve 26, gas circuit 2

As described above, in the present invention, the liquid anesthetic agent vaporizer 7 is equipped with an anesthetic agent injection/discharge block 20 having an anesthetic agent inlet and an anesthetic agent outlet; A circuit pipe 36 for injecting and discharging the anesthetic liquid that passes shallowly through the bottle mouth cap 31 and a circuit pipe 30 for degassing that passes deeply through the bottle mouth cap 31 are attached, and the vaporizer side block 20 and the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 are attached. By simply connecting the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10 with two flexible tubes and changing the relationship between the height position and orientation of the anesthetic liquid storage bottle 10, the vaporizer can be removed without removing the anesthetic liquid storage bottle from the vaporizer. The anesthetic solution can be injected into the anesthetic and then discharged, and unlike conventional vaporizers, there is no need to open and close the injection and discharge valves each time the injection and discharge are performed. There is no natural vaporization or scattering from the injection port, etc., and the room is not contaminated with anesthetics, so there is no harm to the health of doctors and nurses. In addition, the vaporizer and the anesthetic solution storage bottle are connected by two flexible anesthetic solution circuit pipes 36 and gas circuit pipe 30, so that the anesthetic solution can be freely injected and discharged, allowing long-term use and anesthesia. When the liquid becomes low, it is possible to replenish the anesthetic liquid while using a vaporizer, and by making the stopper bulb 22 installed in the stopper chamber 21 in the block 20 with a material with a specific gravity lower than that of the anesthetic liquid, a constant liquid can be maintained. When the anesthetic solution fills up to the surface, the stopper bulb 22 floats up and blocks the valve seat, preventing overfilling of the anesthetic solution. The practical effects of this invention are extremely great.
