Claims (1)
- トラツキング用の案内溝を有する透明基板と、
該案内溝形成面側に形成された記録膜より成り、
レーザ光を照射することにより該記録膜に情報を
記録し、かつ再生する光デイスクメモリにおいて
、該案内溝と記録膜の間に順次、半透明反射膜、
透明樹脂膜を設け、該透明樹脂膜により案内溝を
埋設して平担化し、平担面に記録膜を形成するこ
とを特徴とする光情報記録担体。
