For this kind of general series sash, for example, Fig. 1a
As shown in d to d, two shoji 2 and 3 slidably fitted into the window frame 1 are closed on the indoor side,
When opening and closing, one shoji 3 is moved to the outside of the room to create a sliding form (see Figure 1 a); conversely, when opening and closing, one shoji 3 is closed on the outside and moved to the indoor side. (See Figure 1b), or one shoji 2 is placed in the window frame 1 in a sliding manner, and the other shoji 3 is moved indoors or outdoors to form a sliding shoji. There are some that can be opened and closed (see Figure 1 c and d).

With conventional series sashes of this kind, when one shoji is moved to the same plane as the other shoji when the shoji is closed, the shoji cannot be moved smoothly unless the shoji to be moved is aligned accurately. In addition, if the closing position is not accurate, air/water tightness during closing may be impaired.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention was made with the intention of solving the above problem, and among at least two shojis fitted in the window frame, the first shoji is The second shoji is arranged in a slidable or fitted manner within the window frame, and the second shoji slides toward the first shoji while being retracted from the window frame, and both shojis are housed in a line when closed. In the series sash of the configuration, the sash comprises an engagement pin protruding from the closing side vertical stile of the second shoji in the sliding direction of the sash, and a sash opening/closing guide formed in the vertical frame of the window frame in the indoor/outdoor direction, This shoji opening/closing guide is composed of a fixed guide having a substantially round-shaped cross section and a movable guide slidably fitted into the fixed guide, and an engaging pin is detachably guided to the movable guide. This paper proposes a shoji opening/closing device for a series sash in which a widening portion is formed.

Figures 2 to 5 show a first embodiment of the opening/closing device of this invention.
Of the two shoji 2 and 3, the first one is located on the right side in the figure.
The shoji 2 can only be slid along an outdoor rail (not shown), and the second shoji 3 located on the left side in the figure can slide along the indoor rail 4 to reach the first shoji. It opens and closes in a sliding manner with the shoji 2, and when closed, is moved to the outside of the room so that it can be positioned on the same plane as the first shoji 2. In this case, the closing side stile 3a of the second shoji 3

On the other hand, in the vertical frame 1a of the window frame 1, a shoji opening/closing guide 7 is formed along the indoor/outdoor direction. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the shoji opening/closing guide 7 has an enlarged part 8a at its indoor end for detachably guiding the engagement pin 6b, and this enlarged part 8a, a guide groove 8b is formed toward the other end to slidably guide the engaging pin 6b only in the indoor/outdoor direction.

Therefore, in order to move the second shoji 3 to the closed position, first slide the second shoji 3 toward the closing side, and move the engagement pin 6b into the widened part 8a of the shoji opening/closing guide 7. After pushing in, the second shoji 3 can be moved to the closed position and arranged on the same plane as the other first shoji 2 while aligning the engagement pin 6b along the guide groove 8b. Further, in order to pull out the second shoji 3 to the opening/closing position, the operation may be performed in the opposite manner to that described above.

6 to 9 show a second embodiment of the opening/closing device of this invention, in which a shoji opening/closing guide 7 is connected to a fixed guide 9 fixed to the vertical frame 1a, and a fixed guide 9 that slides against the fixed guide 9. A movable guide 10 is movably fitted and guides the engagement pin 6b, and the guide 7 is moved toward the indoor side from the indoor side of the frame 1 when the first and second shoji 3 are closed. This is a case in which it does not protrude. That is, the fixed guide 9 constituting the shoji opening/closing guide 7 is formed of a member having a substantially square cross section, and the bottom piece 9a of the fixed guide 9 is formed with a long hole 9b for a stopper along the indoor/outdoor direction. 10 is formed into a box shape that is slidably fitted into the fixed guide 9, and the bottom piece 1 of the box-shaped moving guide 10 is
A stopper piece 10b is protruded from the lower surface of the stopper piece 10b and slidably fits into the stopper elongated hole 9b,
The engagement pin 6 is attached to the box portion of the box-shaped moving guide 10.
A wide opening 8a is formed to detachably guide the engagement pin 6, and the narrow opening of the fixed guide 9
A guide groove 8b is formed to guide the tube only in the indoor/outdoor direction.

10 and 11 show a third embodiment of the opening/closing device of this invention, in which the stopper elongated hole 9b and stopper piece 10b of the second embodiment are replaced with the upper side wall of the fixed guide 9. A notch 9c for a stopper is bored in the upper wall of the moving guide 10, and an elastic stopper piece 10c that can be engaged with the notch 9c for a stopper is protruded from the upper wall of the moving guide 10. The stopper piece 10c is the fixed guide 9
The movable guide 10 slides while being pressed by the movable guide 10, and when the movable guide 10 protrudes toward the guide side and the stopper piece 10c reaches the stopper notch 9c, its elastic force is applied and the stopper piece 10c is pressed. By engaging with the notch 9c, the moving guide 10 is prevented from coming off. In this case, the moving guide 10 is formed with an expanded portion 8a and a guide groove 8b for guiding the engagement pin 6b.

In practice, by making the engaging pins and the shoji opening/closing guide have a rigid structure to a certain extent, these parts also function as a door stopper when the shoji slides in the closing direction. The above embodiments have a certain degree of rigidity and also function as a stopper.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the case where both the shoji are slidable relative to each other and the shoji is closed on the outdoor side is explained, but it goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained when the shoji is closed on the indoor side. The same effect can be obtained even when one of the shoji is made into a removable type.

As explained above, according to the opening/closing device of this invention, it is possible to reliably and smoothly move the shoji in the indoor/outdoor direction, and the shoji can be moved in the state where the engagement pin and the shoji opening/closing guide are engaged. Since the shoji is closed flush with the other shoji, the shoji is closed in a predetermined position, improving airtightness and watertightness. Excellent effects such as the ability to increase the amount of outward movement are also obtained, and its utility value is remarkable.
