Claims (1)
側で前記操作レバー本体に固定され且つ他端側で
揺動部材に枢着され且つ回転によつて固定部に対
して軸方向の戻り止め係止状態から解除可能なプ
ランジヤと、前記プランジヤの中空内部において
軸方向に移動可能で前記操作レバー本体に対して
ばねにより付勢され且つ先端部が前記揺動部材と
係脱可能なロツク部材と、前記ばねのばね力に抗
して前記ロツク部材を前記プランジヤに対して軸
方向に移動させて前記揺動部材と前記ロツク部材
との係合状態を離脱させる押しボタンと、から成
る操作レバー装置。 (2) 前記プランジヤの径方向に貫通して取付け
た係合部材は、前記揺動部材に枢着したヨーク部
材に形成した周方向長孔に係合し且つ該ヨーク部
材に対して周方向にリターンスプリングによつて
付勢され、しかも前記ロツク部材に形成した軸方
向長孔に係合している請求項１に記載の操作レバ
ー装置。 (3) 前記プランジヤを車両固定部に対して軸方
向の戻止め係止状態にするラチエツト機構を備え
、前記プランジヤの端部を枢着した前記揺動部材
の揺動運動を車両の制動力に利用した車両用ステ
ツキ式パーキングブレーキに適用した請求項１に
