板11の厚みと略等しい深さの凹部12Eが形成
されると共に、裏面側より半抜き加工12eされ
ることによつて突設された複数の係合突出ピン部
12Fが形成されている。この各係合突出ピン部
12Fの間隔は刷子板11の係合孔11Cと対応
して設けられ、又、長さは刷子板11の厚みより
も若干大きく形成されており、凹部12E内に刷
子板11の取付部11Bが載置された際、刷子板
11の係合孔11Cを貫通した突出ピン部12F
の先端の一部は刷子板11の他端面側より第4図
Aに示す如く突出した状態となるように形成され
ている。前記の如く、端子ラグ板12は刷子板1
1よりその板厚を厚く形成している為、突出部ピ
ン12Fの長さを刷子板11の板厚より大きく形
成することは容易である。そして、第4図Aに示
す如く、端子ラグ板12の凹部12Eに刷子板1
1を載置した後、突出ピン部12Fの先端突出部
12F′をカシメることによつて端子ラグ板12と
刷子板11とが固着される。

着され、該刷子板と端子ラグ材が固着された刷子
保持装置がモータの端蓋に形成された貫通孔に嵌
入係止された構成であるから、組立作業が容易
で、自動化に適し、第1図に示す様な従来の刷子
保持装置に比べて、刷子板と端子ラグ板は係合孔
に対する突出ピンのカシメにより強固に一体的に
固着されており、電気的導通が安定し、機械的固
着も又、従来の如く、刷子板と端子ラグ材をバラ
バラな状態で個別にモータの端蓋に組付けるのに
対して、本願考案では刷子板と端子ラグ材が予め
一体的に固着された刷子保持装置を端蓋に組付け
る構成としており、従来に対して作業性は大巾に
向上すると言う極めて有益な効果を奏する。
