たは有機顔料や染料を添加したポリ塩化ビニル樹
脂で基材となるポリ塩化ビニルシートを成形した
後異色な塗料を部分表面に塗布することにより彩

リ塩化ビニルシート、裏当て材共に0.3mm程度の
厚みを有するものを用いるのが最も好しい。唯、
0.1mm以上の厚みのものであれば適宜用いるよう
にでき、また、基材となるポリ塩化ビニルシート
の有する色彩によつては0.1mm以下の厚みを有す

きの加熱成形条件としては裏面側を灰色に帯色し
た場合で、加熱温度100〜200℃,加熱時間5〜
20min,真空圧500〜760Hg/cm2程度に設定すれ
ばよい。この加熱成形条件で加工処理すれば、表
面側が二色或いはそれ以上に彩色されたポリ塩化
ビニルシートでもフオーム切れが生ずることな
く、所望の立体形状を有する樹脂成形品として製

立体形状に成形できて良好な品質に製造できるこ
