In this state, align the protrusion 26 of the tension checking device 28 with the display line 27 and sequentially tighten the nut 42 of the spring adjustment shaft 5 to increase the elastic force of the spring 3, and the corresponding force will be displayed on the load converter. . Guideline 8 now
If the installed tension is 100 kg, adjust the elastic force of the spring 3 by tightening the nut 42 until the display on the load converter shows 100 kg, so that the protrusion 26 of the tension checking device 28 and the display line 27 match. In order to prevent the nut 42 of the adjustment shaft 5 from loosening in the state where the adjustment shaft 5 is in the position, a spring is passed through the adjustment shaft 5 or fixed with a double nut or the like. After the load is removed, the arm body 2 will be in a rotated state due to the spring 3, but since the position of the nut 42 is fixed, the desired installation tension can be ensured by matching the tension confirmation device. In this manner, the elasticity of the spring is adjusted in advance to the tension of the guideline 8 during the assembly process at the factory before shipment. When attaching this to a utility pole or the like and connecting the guideline 8 to it, and applying tension to it, adjust the tightening state of the nut 9 that connects the end of the guideline 8 to the protrusion 26 of the tension checking device 28 and the display line. Since the predetermined tension (100Kgf) set at the factory can be applied to the guideline 8 by adjusting it so that it matches with the tension checking device 28, there is no need to check the tension of the guideline each time at the installation site. The tension can be easily adjusted to a constant level just by checking the tension, making the installation work simple and reliable.
In addition, if the guideline 8 is slack after installation, it can be easily determined by looking at the tension confirmation device 28, so the tension of the guideline can be easily and easily adjusted on the spot without the need for a tension meter or the like. There are remarkable effects such as being able to do the following.

The marks on the main body 1 and the arm body 2 correspond to each other when the guideline is tensioned on site, and a pin made of synthetic resin is inserted into the pin insertion hole 32 to confirm this when the task of applying a predetermined tension force is completed. Insert 31.
The pin receiving hole 30 of the arm body 2 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 32.
are polymerized and penetrate both the main body 1 and the arm body 2. This state in which the pin 31 can be inserted means that the marks on the main body 1 and the arm body 2 match, which is proof that a predetermined tension has been applied to the guideline, and the tension can be adjusted by inserting the pin 31. It is possible to prevent forgetting. In addition, the pin 31 made of resin has a shape in which the tip becomes thinner when it is inserted so that it can be inserted, and it opens after being inserted to prevent it from falling out, so it will not fall out even with a slight vibration and has the same lifespan as the present invention. It is something that you have.
