から出力させるように前記こもり音信号のレベルに応じ
た前記利得制御信号を発生し、かつ通常動作時にこの利
得制御信号を記憶しておく利得設定手段と、 前記動作条件設定時に、所定の受聴点において前記付加
音の位相が前記こもり音に対して逆相になるように前記
波形整形器の出力信号と前記こもり音信号との位相差に
応じた位相制御信号を発生し、かつ通常動作時にこの位
相制御信号を記憶しておく位相設定手段と、を備えたこ
とを特徴とする車両のこもり音低減装置。
