一対の平行な支持アームを枢着し、その先端部
を、車輪を備えた支脚を昇降調節自在に設けた走
行脚車に枢着すると共に、前記支持アームをその
先端側が低くなる傾斜状態にして、脚柱と型枠体
間に、支持アームの傾斜角度を調節する伸縮調節
部材を架設したことにより、構造が簡単、軽量で
あり、しかも、型枠の整形、調節及び脱型等の操
作が確実、容易にでき作業能率の良好なアーチカ
ルバート用移動外型枠装置を提供しようとするも
のである。

れている。そして、走行脚車5と型枠体1を連結
する支持アーム10,11はその先端側を低くし
た傾斜状態にされていると共に、その傾斜角度を
適宜変更できる調節手段が設けられている。この
傾斜角度の調節手段は、図に示すように、走行脚
車5と型枠体1の各下端部間に、油圧式やネジ式
による伸縮調節部材16をピン17,18を介し
てほぼ水平な状態で架設した構成となつている。
したがつて、伸縮調節部材16を伸縮させること
により、型枠体1と走行脚車5とは支持アーム1
0,11を仲介として、上下方向に相対移動され
ると共に相互間隔も調節されることになる。

る型枠体を安定よく支持して走行移動できる共
に、型枠体の高低の調節と横断方向への移動調節
が支脚の昇降操作と伸縮調節部材の伸縮操作によ
り行なえ、型枠整型時の調節操作が簡単であり、
また、型枠体のコンクリートからの剥離、脱型は
伸縮調節部のみの単一な操作によつて実施でき、
作業が著しく簡易化され、能率的、省力的であ
り、しかも構造が極めて簡単で軽量、安価に製作
することができる等、アーチカルバート用外型枠
として多くの優れた効果を有するものである。
