持ち、複数個の熱電対がその入力端子に接続され
、マルチプレクサを介して択一的に選択された熱
電対の出力信号をデイジタル変換して一旦メモリ
に収集し、その後中央処理装置でこれらの計測デ
ータに対して入力端子温度による基準接点補償を
行つて最終的な温度データを求めるように構成さ
れた温度測定装置において、 前記入力端子板の上方と下方との少なくとも２
か所に温度検出用素子を配設し、 前記中央処理装置を、前記２つの温度検出用素
子からその２か所の温度を求めると共に、その２
か所の温度を基に入力端子板の温度分布を直線近
似し各入力端子の温度を求め、この温度により各
熱電対入力信号に対して基準接点補償を行い最終
的な温度データを得るような機能を含むように構
