Furthermore, the former type tends to have a fixed shape, making it uncomfortable to wear and does not fit well, while the latter type has flexibility in shape, but if it is too flexible, it will stretch out quickly when you wash your hair repeatedly. Hard ones have the disadvantage that the stress of expansion and contraction creates a feeling of pressure on the head, resulting in a feeling of discomfort.

The net material 1 is preferably a flexible chemical synthetic fiber, for example, and preferably has elasticity, such as an unprocessed nylon net. Further, as a means for forming the net material 1 into a cylindrical shape, it is possible to form the net material 1 into a cylindrical shape by sewing or welding both edges in the length direction of the net material 1, or by turning the net material 1 upside down after sewing or welding it to form a cylindrical shape. It may be formed into a shape, or formed into a cylindrical net shape with a mold, etc., as appropriate. Furthermore, the shape and cross-sectional shape of the nets of the cylindrical net 2 may be appropriately selected. Also,
The diameter of the cylindrical net 2 is preferably about 4 to 15 mm.

とともに植毛作業性も低い。 When a large number of hairs 3 are implanted from the center line of the cylindrical net 2 to the circumferential surface on one side by a well-known appropriate means as shown in FIGS. Transitioning from the state to FIG. 2C, the cylindrical net 2 itself begins to roll upward while accumulating restoring force due to its elasticity, and as a result, elastic stress is constantly acting on the hair 3. , it becomes difficult for the hair 3 to move upward, and since the hair 3 that has moved upward reliably restores itself from the state shown in FIG. 2C to the state shown in FIG. 2A, the hair 3 can be prevented from turning over. If the diameter of the cylindrical net 2 is less than 3 mm or more than 16 mm, the rolling action will be insufficient and the flocking workability will be low.

The wig base 7 is formed by sewing the cylindrical nets 2 together at appropriate intervals and connecting them at points using the stitching portions 6.
As a result, due to the elasticity of the cylindrical net 2 in the length direction and the width direction, and the flexibility of the point connections between the cylindrical nets 2, adhesion that adapts to the movement of the head can be obtained.Furthermore, the cylindrical net 2 Due to the restoring properties of the hair 3 due to the rolling action of the hair, curling does not occur. Furthermore, since the hair 3 is implanted on the curved surface of the cylindrical net 2, the hair 3 is sufficiently overlapped and appears at the boundary between the cylindrical nets 2, making it even more difficult for the hair to turn over. The tubular net 2 may be sewn to the wig base body 4 with the hair 3 implanted therein, or the tubular net 2 may be attached to the wig base body 4.
The hair 3 may be implanted after being sewn to the hair. Also,
Although Fig. 3 shows the case where the cylindrical net 2 is installed laterally at the back of the wig's head, the attachment point may be changed to an appropriate location such as the top or side of the head. Although it is used as a part of the wig base 7, it may be used almost entirely. Further, the mounting direction of the cylindrical net 2 may be freely selected such as vertically or diagonally. Further, although the end portion of the cylindrical net 2 is sewn to the wig base body 4, any suitable means such as adhesion may be used.
Further, the wig base main body 4 may be formed of artificial skin or net.

手ざわりが良好である。 Therefore, when a wig is manufactured using the cylindrical net 2 of the present invention, the rolling restoration effect due to the elastic stress of the cylindrical net 2 itself can prevent the flipping phenomenon, which is a drawback of wigs. Since it is cylindrical, it has elasticity in both the length and width directions, allowing for close contact that adapts to the movement of the head. Furthermore, when transplanting hair, it is sufficient to simply transplant the hair into the cylindrical net 2 with a specified amount of hair while maintaining a constant hair flow. Further, by preparing the necessary type of hair 3, it is sufficient to sew the cylindrical net 2 to the wig base main body 7 according to instructions. Furthermore, when the cylindrical net 2 is point-joined at several locations, soft expansion and contraction can be obtained in the portions where there are no stitches. Furthermore, by implanting hair inside the tubular net 2, the hair 3 has elasticity (recovery) and becomes difficult to turn over. The cylindrical shape allows for breathability, and the elasticity of the net makes it feel good to the touch.
