Claims (1)
- 加熱室８の天井板２の一部に複数個の穴３を形
成するとともにこれらの穴３下面の天井板２に赤
外線を透過し易いプレート５を取付け、一方、加
熱室８の外側に前記穴３を覆う反射板１０を設け
るとともにこの反射板１０と前記天井板２との間
に複数本の赤外線を放射するランプヒータ４を設
け、該ランプヒータ４の上半分及び下半分に夫々
耐熱白色塗装部４ａ及び透明部４ｂを設けたこと
を特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
