赤外線を透過し易いプレート５を取付け、一方、
加熱室８の外側に前記穴３を覆う反射板１０を設
けるとともに、この反射板１０と前記天井板２と
の間に複数本の赤外線を放射するランプヒータ４
を設け、かつ、該ランプヒータ４の加熱時以外に
加熱室８内を照射するランプ１８を設けたことを
