【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は例えば自動車等の車両に用いられる変
速機のシフトレバーに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a shift lever of a transmission used in a vehicle such as an automobile.
従来、変速機のシフトレバーとしては例えば第
1図イに示すように直棒状のレバー1を図に示す
回動中心で垂直に配し、レバー1の頭部のノブ1
Aをレバー1の回転軸1Bの実質的に直上に配す
る型式のもの(型式イとする)、ロに示すように
直棒状のレバー1を図に示す回動中心で斜め後方
に傾斜させて配し、レバー1の頭部のノブ1Aを
レバー1の回転軸1Bよりも後方に配する型式の
もの(型式ロとする)、ハに示すようにレバー1
をくの字状に屈曲せしめて図に示す回動中心でレ
バー1の頭部のノブ1Aをレバー1の回転軸1B
よりも後方に配する型式のもの(型式ハとする)
が提供されている。しかしながら型式イのもので
はレバー1の床2貫通位置1Cがノブ1Aの直下
にあるためにレバー1の付近を通り抜ける際にレ
バー1が邪魔になり、型式ロ,ハのものではレバ
ー1の床2貫通位置1Cを車体前よりに位置させ
ることが出来るので通り抜ける際にレバー1が邪
魔にならないが、図に示す回動中心から夫々矢印
に示すように前後に回動させた場合にレバー1の
動きの上下方向成分hが大きくなり、レバー操作
がしずらくなり、またレバー1の上下方向の慣性
質量が増加するために悪路走行時の振動によつて

目的とし、回動中心にシフトレバーが位置した状
態において、床下に位置する回転軸よりも車体前
方よりで床を貫通し、かつ頭部を該床貫通位置よ
りも後方の回転軸の略直上に配することを骨子と
