It has come to be carried out separately, and each of these mechanisms is complex and has no relation to each other.
The disadvantage is that the handling operation is very complicated and there is a high probability of failure in terms of construction and operation.

The middle and lower treads are pivotally connected to each other by a rotating shaft, and the front and rear ends of the middle and lower treads are pivotally connected to each other by a pair of parallel connecting rods on both sides of the husband. Both treads are configured to interlock in parallel with each other by a parallel link mechanism, and the pivoting portions at both rear ends of the middle tread are coaxially connected to the inner sides of the left and right rear legs. Both ends of the supporting rods of each treadle are pivotably connected to the corresponding positions of the left and right front legs, and both supporting legs can be opened and closed by the combination of the link mechanisms of the parallel connecting rods and each supporting rod. This constitutes an interlocking mechanism between the movement and the simultaneous rotation of both tread plates, and the above-mentioned interlocking mechanism is configured so that the opening/closing operation of the support leg can be performed simultaneously with the rotation operation of both tread plates.

FIG. 1 shows the functional state as a stepladder, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the husband and husband showing the functional state as a stool. A pair of left and right supporting legs are provided on the upper part, with the upper ends of the hind legs 2 pivoted by a hinge plate 3 and a shaft 4 so that both legs can be opened and closed. Both rear ends of an upper tread plate 6 are pivotally connected to the rear end of the attached support base plate 5 by means of a rotary shaft 7 so as to be able to rotate freely, and the front ends of the upper tread plate and the support base plate correspond to positions. A pair of male and female gripping tools 8, 8' are built-in and attached, and when the upper step board is laid down on the support base plate, the gripping tools join and lock the two to prevent the step board from separating upward.

As shown in the figure, when the front end of the middle step tread is pulled up in the direction of the arrow, both the middle and lower step treads will rotate upward while maintaining their parallel positions due to the link mechanism of the front and rear parallel connecting rods 12 and 13. As the robot shifts to the standing position, the link mechanisms of the respective support rods 18 restrain and rotate both treadboards relative to the front legs, and the rear end pivot portion of the middle treadle pulls the back legs toward the front legs. Finally, as shown in Figure 5, both treads, front and rear parallel connecting rods, and each support rod are oriented upwards, narrowing the distance between each other, and the hind legs are in contact with the rear of the front legs, and the entire stepladder is Folds and contracts.

When the tread is placed in a standing position at the rear, the tread serves as a backrest, and the user sits on the middle tread and leans his back against the back of the upper tread;
The stepladder can be used as a seat by placing your feet on the lower tread or on the floor.

When in use, by rotating the middle tread upward or downward, the lower tread and the supporting legs are rotated to open and close together, making the handling operation very simple and quick. Furthermore, when in the position of a stepladder, it can be used as a seat by rotating only the upper tread to the rear and standing up, so switching between the functions of a stepladder and a seat is extremely efficient, and the use can be quickly changed at any time. can.
