接触させて停止させるプレイ動作待機状態を設定
するための制御信号を送出する待機状態設定手段
と、前記プレイ動作待機状態からテープを排出さ
せるテープ排出手段とを具備したことを特徴とす
るものである。

cに示すように、テープTPがヘツドHDに近接
した状態で停止している。即ち、後述のプレイ動
作待機状態にある(尚、第3図中のPDはパツド
である)。そして、録音モード時には、選択スイ
ツチS1及びS2から送出される制御信号(オ
ン/オフ信号)に従つて、第3図bに示すよう
に、テープTPはヘツドHDに接触しながら所定
の速度で送られる。又、再生モード時には、選択
スイツチS2のみから送出される制御信号に従つ
て、テープTPはヘツドHDに接触しながら所定
の速度で送られる。尚、これら録音モード及び再
生モードを本明細書ではプレイ動作という。早送
りモード時、巻き戻しモード時には、それぞれ、
選択スイツチS3,S4から送出される制御信号
に従つて、第3図aに示すように、テープTPは
ヘツドHDから十分離れた状態で正方向(巻き取
り側ハブ方向)又は逆方向(供給側ハブ方向)に
高速に送られる。尚、これら早送りモード及び巻
き戻しモードを本明細書では早巻き動作という。
そして、これらプレイ動作又は早巻き動作状態に
おいて選択スイツチS5を操作すると、この選択
スイツチS5から送出される制御信号に従つて、
第3図cに示すようにテープTPはヘツドHDに
近接した状態、若しくはテープTPがヘツドHD
に軽く接触した状態で停止し、プレイ動作待機状
態に移行する。このようなプレイ動作待機状態に
おいてテープ排出操作スイツチS7を操作する
と、第3図aに示すように、テープTPはヘツド
HDから十分離れた状態に移行し、テープTPを
排出させることができる。

しくは零になつているため、ヘツドHDがテープ
TPにタツチするまでの時間が短縮され、従来の
一時停止モードの便利さを常に得られることにな
