Conventional technology: Extruded aluminum alloy sections are usually used as the constituent members of these windows, and a wide variety of extruded section shapes have been put into practical use depending on the type of window. However, when assembling a window frame, it is necessary to interpose other auxiliary members, for example, to connect the upper, lower, left and right vertical frames, and to secure the door stop member, and it is necessary to insert holes in the mating member to be joined. The current situation is that we are forced to perform complicated and double-labor work, such as applying internal thread processing after processing. Particularly when assembling highly accurate window frames, extremely accurate measurements are required for determining the dimensions of the internal threads.

Means for solving the problem: A rectangular window frame consisting of upper, lower, left and right vertical frames, and the flat part of the web of each frame closer to the room is equidistant from the indoor wall surface forming the same plane. A deep groove portion is provided along the longitudinal direction of each frame on the same vertical plane parallel to the window surface and having an opening of the same width, and the deep groove portion is connected to an opposing wall and a bottom portion that provide an internal screw seat during assembly. The depth thereof is sufficiently deep compared to the opening of the opening and is at least twice the root diameter of the female screw seat, and a tapping hole groove is formed deep along the spine side of the bottom. The main feature is window frames formed in series in the horizontal direction.

The structure of the present invention is as described above, and in assembling the horizontal rotating window of the embodiment, each frame member is cut into a predetermined size to form a quadrilateral, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. , then step walls 14 of the left and right vertical frames 5 and 6.
The flat portion 15a and gentle slope 17 of the upper frame 4 and lower frame 7 are cut out by lengths corresponding to the heights of the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 7, respectively. The connection relationship between the left and right vertical frames 5 and 6 and the upper and lower frames 4 and 7 is the same, so to explain the connection of the right frame 6, when the right end of the upper frame 4 is brought into contact with the upper end of the right vertical frame 6, The tapping hole groove 25c of the right vertical frame 6 and the tapping hole groove 24c ahead of the deep groove part 19 are located on a vertical plane parallel to the window surface at an equal distance from the indoor wall surface, respectively.
The through holes 26 and 27 bored through the upper frame 4 face the tapping hole grooves 25a and 24a of the upper frame 4 on the same straight line, and can be connected by screws 28 and 29 inserted thereinto. Also, for the bottom frame 7, the right vertical frame 6
Screw the screws 32 and 33 through the through holes 30 and 31 into the tapping holes 25d and 24d of the lower frame 7 facing each other, and the left vertical frame is joined to the upper and lower frames by the same operation to form a quadrilateral window frame. Ru. The above-mentioned tapping hole grooves 25a, 24a, 25c, 24d and through holes 26, 27 and 30, 31 are located on the indoor side walls 13a to 1.
3d, the formed window frame is located on the same vertical plane parallel to each other, so the inner and outer walls 13a to 1 of the four sides are exactly
3d, 16a to 16c, and 18 are flush with each other. Next, the quadrilateral step walls 14a to 1 are formed flush with each other.
4d Inner elastic airtight material 35a such as neoprene
35d is stretched to complete the window frame 1a shown in FIG. This window frame 1a is a versatile window frame as will be described later. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, for example, the left vertical frame 5 has a cross section of
An airtight material 36b is stretched on the outer wall of the letter-shaped door stop material 8 in advance, and a door stop material 9 is formed on the right vertical frame 6, and a door stop material 10 is formed on the bottom frame in the same way. The step walls 14b, 1 of the left and right vertical frames 5, 6 and the lower frame 7
Cut the ends at a 45° angle to the indoor side along lines 4c and 14d, and attach them so that they are perpendicular to each other. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 7, the flat portions 12b to 12d are arranged so that the airtight materials 35b to 35d of each step wall and the airtight materials 36b to 36d of each doorstop member 8 to 10 are in close contact with each other. After aligning with the flat part 1
Female screw seats 20b to 20d open to 2b to 12d
Screw in a predetermined number of screws 40 into the doorstop material 8~
10 can be easily fixed to the lower half of the window frame. In this way, the window frame 1 for a horizontal axis rotating window as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIG. 9 can be easily assembled. By attaching predetermined shaft metal fittings 3a and 3b to this window frame 1 and supporting the shoji 2 on these, a horizontal shaft rotating window with excellent airtightness is completed. A door stop member 8a, 8b, 8d or 8 is attached to either the left or right half of the upper frame 4 or the lower frame 7 of the window frame 1a shown in FIG. 5, and to the left or right vertical frame.
If a, 8c, and 8d are fixed, the window frame of the vertical rotating window shown in FIG. 10 will be obtained. If you attach hinges to both the left and right vertical frames of the window frame 1a, you will get a double-hung window that supports the shoji 2 as shown in Figure 11, and if you attach hinges to the right frame, you will get a single-hung window and lower frame as shown in Figure 12. If a hinge is attached to 7, a folding window as shown in FIG. 13 will be formed, and if a hinge is attached to upper frame 4, a flip-up window as shown in FIG. 14 will be formed.

Effects of the invention: In the present invention, when assembling the window frame, there is no need to provide auxiliary members such as corner pieces at the four corners of the rectangular frame as in the conventional case. In other words, each frame material forming the four sides has a female screw seat at an equal distance from the indoor wall surface, so the vertical frame and the upper and lower frames can be connected with screws to the predetermined female screw seats, making assembly easy. It will be done. When attaching the door stop member, only tapping screws are used to fix and support the female screw seat in the deep groove on the window frame side, so there is no need for auxiliary members such as nuts. The depth of the deep groove is more than twice the diameter of the female thread root, so it functions as a female thread in terms of strength, and all the parts need to be drilled, and the female thread can be formed using a tapper. It does not need to be applied. It can also be applied to multipurpose window frames.
