部に位置する前記調節用螺杆の他端にこの調節用
螺杆の軸方向に揺動自在に連結されるカムと、こ
のカムに設けられ引き起こし時又は収納時に前記
保持部材の前記保持部材側係合部に係合するレバ
ー側係合部を有する調節用レバーとを備えてなる
