[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> The present invention relates to a building floor plate in which a large number of sheets are laid on the concrete slab of a building to form the floor surface. It is characterized by the fact that the surface remains in good condition even if the flexible joint between the bodies is cut, and the floorboard does not wobble even if the slab surface on which it is laid is uneven. .

<Problem that the invention aims to solve> Due to this structure, if the floor surface is smooth, it can be laid as is, but in most cases, it is necessary to screw adjustment screws into the legs or place it on a support stand. This prevents rattling.

Furthermore, it is conceivable to provide flexible joints between the boards of building floorboards in order to cope with unevenness of the floor surface. However, if the flexible joint is formed flush with the upper surface, there is an undesirable problem in that when it is cut at the time of changing the layout, the warp or burr of the cut end remains exposed on the surface.

<Means for solving the problem> The building floorboard of the present invention differs from conventional floorboards in that the board is divided into a plurality of sections by providing joints, and the corners of each section are The joints 3 between the legs formed in the parts are separably connected at a position below the top surface of the plate 1, thus solving the conventional problems. This joint portion 3 may be the lowest surface grounding portion.

<Function> If the floor surface is smooth, it can be laid as is, but if the floor surface is uneven or sloped, it can be split and separated from the joint or bent to ensure stable grounding. . Since the joint portion 3 can be separated at a position below the top surface of the board 1, burrs or deformation caused by cutting will not protrude from the top surface of the floor board.

As seen in these figures, the building floor board of the present invention has a conventional structure consisting of a rectangular board 1 and legs 2 protruding from the corners. 3 is provided and fractionated into a plurality of parts to form a fractionating section 4. Each fractionating section 4 is provided with a leg section 2 at its corner. In addition, in Figure 2, there are 4
Although the example is shown in which the number of fractionation parts is 25 or 100, the number of fractionation parts is not limited to this. The leg portions 2 are not limited to being independent as in the embodiment, but may be such that the legs at the four corners are connected within the divided portion 4.

The fraction parts 4 are connected to each other so that they can be separated. This connection can be made in a variety of ways, examples of which are shown in FIGS. 3-8. In either case, the joint 3 can be separated at a position below the top surface of the plate 1. In the example shown in FIG. 3, a thin wall portion 5 is provided between the divided portions 4 and 4 of the plate body 1 and within the joint portion 3 between the leg portions 2 and 2. The thin wall portion 5 is provided continuously or intermittently. The structure shown in FIG. 4 has fitting parts 6, 6 provided on the legs 2, 2, respectively, and an I-shaped joining member 7 fitted into these parts for connection. I
The mold joint member 7 shown in FIG. 4b is an elastic body made of rubber, plastic, etc., and the mold joint member 7 shown in FIG. 4c is made of metal such as spring steel or a thin iron plate. Furthermore, an I-type joining member having the same shape and made of hard plastic, which is brittle and easy to break, is also suitable. The fitting direction of the I-shaped joint member 7 may be perpendicular to the legs 2, 2, as long as it is stopped by frictional force. 5 and 6 show an example in which a joint portion 8 is provided in a bridged state between the leg portions 2 and 2 to connect them. The hinge structure allows for bending. The one in Figure 6 is thin and easy to break. What is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is an example in which the legs are not connected at the leg portions, but are connected at the joint portion 3. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the joint portion 3 is not completely cut and is connected in a thin state. FIG. 8 shows an example in which holes 9 are further provided intermittently. In any case, a surface flooring material 11 such as a carpet or tile can be attached to the surface as in the conventional case.

<Effects of the invention> Building floorboards with the structure detailed above can be laid in the same way as conventional products if the floor surface is smooth, but if the floor surface is uneven, it can be laid by hitting it with a mallet, etc. By this means, each fraction is separated or bent at the three joint portions. This allows each leg to make contact with the ground, eliminating any wobbling. Furthermore, since the joint can be separated at a position below the top surface of the plate 1, a beautiful floor surface can be finished without any adverse effects caused by burrs or deformation of the cut portion. By covering the surface of such building floorboards with flooring material such as carpet, it is possible to form a floor surface with an appearance similar to that of conventional products.
