行うことができる等多くの特長がある。 Now, in this example joint 1, a gap T formed between one building frame having a parapet W and a wall W' of the other building frame adjacent thereto is formed between each of the parapet W and the wall W'. Each fixing member 2,
The roof fixing member 2 disposed on the parapet W is mounted upward on the outer end of the mounting piece 2A along the roof top surface A. An upward hanging piece 2B is provided, and an engaging piece 2C that hangs downward is provided at the inner end.
The roof fixing member 2 is provided with a long drainage member 8 having a substantially Z-shaped cross section and a web 8B that slopes downward inwardly along the shape of the fixing member 2. Locking protrusions 2E and 3D are elastically engaged with the ends of the hanging piece 2B and the engaging piece 2C, and are formed on the roof fixing member 2 and the other wall fixing member 3 opposite thereto. A substantially π-shaped engaging member 4 consisting of a spring member 6 that is elastically engaged with the spring member 6 and a substrate member 5 attached to the spring member 6 is provided, and the substrate member 5 of the engaging member 4 is disposed. There is a long cover member 7 mainly composed of a web 7A that can cover the gap T.
The cover member 7 is elastically engaged with the edge pieces 7B and 7F of the cover member 7.
edge piece 7B on the parapet W side having a roof top surface A of
The structure is such that it faces above the web 8B of the draining member 8. Therefore, even if the gap T on the parapet W side expands or contracts due to fluctuations, the spring member 6 of the engagement member 4 elastically deforms and absorbs the expansion or contraction, and the cover member 7 can be held stably and the shielded state of the gap T can be maintained. In particular, the treatment of rainwater etc. is a problem, but the base plate member 5 of the engaging member 4 is formed to be slightly longer than the width of the gap T and has a width that can cope with the expansion and contraction of the building, and the base member 5 of the engaging member 4 is formed with a width that can cope with the expansion and contraction of the building. The cover member 7, which is provided with a retaining edge 5B and elastically engaged with the base plate member 5 in a crown shape, extends inward from the upper hanging piece 2B of the roof fixing member 2, and has an edge piece 7B that engages with the retaining edge 5B. Since rainwater is sufficiently drained by the edge piece 7B, an elongated draining member 8 elastically attached to the roof fixing member 2 is provided below the edge piece 7B, and this draining member The supporting piece 8E formed at the end of the one-sided web 8A of 8 is the edge piece 7B of the cover member 7.
The upper end side of the support piece 8E is located on the lower surface of the cover member 7, and the water section 8B provided on the inside of the one-sided flow web 8A hangs down corresponding to the inside surface of the parapet W. As a result, rainwater can be actively drained, and the amount of rainwater that permeates into the parapet W can be significantly reduced, thereby improving watertightness.
In addition, by arranging the roof fixing member 2 and the wall fixing member 3 on the frame bodies W, W', the joint 1 can easily be assembled with the other members, the draining member 8, the engaging member 4, and the cover member 7. Since they are all based on elastic fastening, they have many advantages, such as being able to be installed extremely labor-savingly without requiring any other special fastening members.

This will be explained according to the diagram. The joint 11 of this second embodiment is a parapet W1, W'1 formed between the roofs of adjacent buildings, for example, on the roof of the building.
A joint 11 that shields a gap T1 formed between the plurality of pairs of roof fixing members 12 and 13 and an engaging member 1.
4, a cover member 17, and draining members 18 and 19. In this embodiment, the structure improved in the present invention is applied to both parapets W1 and W1.
1' shows an example in which the structure is applied to both parts. Therefore, the roof fixing member 12 is also the other fixing member with respect to the roof fixing member 13, and the roof fixing member 13 also has the same characteristics.

である。 The roof fixing members 12, 13 and the draining members 18, 19 are formed in the same shape as the roof fixing member 2 and the draining member 8 of the first embodiment, and the roof fixing members 12, 13 are attached to the parapets W1, W'1. top surface A
The roof fixing members 12 to 12 and the other fixing members 13 to 13 (or the roof fixing members 13 and the other fixing member 12) each have a long Drain members 18 and 19 are elastically engaged. Further, the engaging member 14 consists of a substrate member made of the same material as in the first embodiment and a spring member 16, and the engaging portions 16B formed on the left and right sides of the mounting web 16A of the spring member 16 have a symmetrical shape. It is fixed to the lower surface of the substrate member 15 at approximately the center thereof by spot welding or the like. The cover member 17 is formed by extrusion molding a light alloy material such as aluminum, and is formed into a long length, and its web 17A is inclined downward at a predetermined angle in the left and right direction to form a mountain shape as shown in the figure. The width dimension of this web 17A is such that it covers the gap T1 between the parapets W1, W1' and extends from the upper hanging pieces 12B, 13B of the fixing members 12, 13 in the left-right direction (inward direction) as shown in the figure. It is formed in a width dimension that can cope with the expansion and contraction of ', and edge pieces 17B of a predetermined length are vertically provided at both ends thereof. Further, at the lower end of this edge piece 17B, a locking edge 15B of the board member 15 is provided.
A projection piece 17C that engages with the edge piece 17B is formed at the lower part of the inner surface of the edge piece 17B, and an engagement surface 17D having a saw blade shape in cross section is formed along the longitudinal direction thereof. The cover member 17 formed in this way is connected to the parapets W1 and W through the plurality of engaging members 14.
It is elastically engaged continuously in a shielding manner in the gap T1 between 1' and is engaged in an overhanging manner in the left and right direction as shown in the figure. Therefore, this second embodiment also provides the same effects as the first embodiment.

An expansion joint that closes the gap by shielding it with a cover member that is movably attached to each fixing member via an engaging member attached to the roof, and the roof fixing member disposed on the roof side is attached to the roof. A vertical piece that rises upward is provided at the outer end of the mounting piece along the top surface, and an engagement piece that hangs downward is provided at the inner end to form a short length, and the same fixing piece is attached to this roof fixing member. A long drainage member with a substantially Z-shaped cross section and a one-sided web that slopes downward inward along the shape of the member is elastically attached to the ends of the upper hanging piece and the engaging piece of the fixing member, and is suitable for this roof. An approximately π-shaped engagement member consisting of a spring member that is elastically engaged with a locking portion formed on a fixing member and the other fixing member provided opposite thereto, and a substrate member attached to the spring member. A long cover member mainly composed of a web for shielding the gap is elastically engaged with the base member of the engagement member, and an edge piece on the frame side having the roof top surface of the cover member is elastically connected to the base member of the engagement member. By configuring the draining member to face above the one-sided flow web, even if the gap in the roof of the building frame expands, expands or contracts due to fluctuations, the engaging member elastically deforms and expands or contracts. The cover member can be stably held by absorbing the shrinkage, and the gap between the frames can be maintained in a shielded state. In addition, the cover member extends inward from the rising part of the roof fixing member, and has an edge piece hanging thereon, and the fixing member has a one-sided web that follows the shape, a water cutter, and a water return piece. Since the surface side of the roof fixing member is shielded by elastically anchoring a drainage member with a roughly Z-shaped cross section, rainwater is actively drained, and the amount of rainwater that permeates into the roof is significantly reduced, improving watertightness. can do. In addition, by arranging the roof fixing member and the other fixing member on each other's frame, the drainage member, engagement member, and cover member are all assembled by elastic attachment, so there is nothing special about it. Installation can be carried out extremely labor-savingly without requiring additional fastening members.
