[Prior Art] Conventionally, a tape reel rotation prevention structure for a storage case for storing tape cassettes was developed.
In the cassette tape case disclosed in Publication No. 50857, a convex portion is provided at approximately the center of the top, and a ring-shaped portion is provided around the periphery so that both are of approximately equal height, and there is a gap between the convex portion and the ring-shaped portion. A configuration is disclosed in which a hub stop made of resin is integrally provided with a protrusion higher than those heights. In this case, the protrusion is suspended by the central protrusion and can move upward and downward somewhat elastically.

However, the above elastic force cannot be increased too much due to its shape, and the movement of the protrusions always affects the protrusions and ring-shaped parts. If a large unbalanced load is applied, there is a risk that the convex part or a part of the ring-shaped part will be deformed or damaged beyond the limit of elastic recovery, and the position of the convex will change due to the above deformation, and the rotating reel will be damaged. There is also a risk that it will not be possible to engage the hole. This invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, and the problem it attempts to solve is that when storing a tape cassette, for example, even if it is stored diagonally, the tape can be held horizontally and stopped from rotating in a fixed position. It is something to do.

In this invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an engaging body is provided on the inner surface of the case body of the storage case, in which the lid body is connected to the case body so that the lid body can be fitted thereinto, and is fitted into the hub hole of the tape cassette without any gap. In the tape reel rotation prevention structure, the engaging body is provided with an engaging protrusion that is elastically displaced upward, and the engaging protrusion is engaged with a hole of a rotary reel in a hub hole. has taken the following measures: (a) A support wall having strength but not elasticity is erected at least in the vertical direction on the inner surface of the case body, and the tape cassette receiver is supported by this support wall. The upper surface of this tape cassette receiver is set on a horizontal plane. (b) An elastic piece is integrally connected to the tape cassette receiver at its base end. This elastic piece extends laterally and is set in a hollow position where the end of the extension does not touch the inner surface of the case body, and is capable of rebounding upward with elastic force. (c) An engaging protrusion is provided at the top of the elastic piece, and the upper end of the engaging protrusion is set higher than the upper end of the tape cassette receiving part.

When the tape cassette is housed on the case body and the engaging body is fitted into the hub hole, the horizontal bottom surface of the hub hole is horizontally supported by the tape cassette receiver. When storing the tape cassette, even if the tape cassette is inserted diagonally and an unbalanced or large load is applied to the tape cassette receiving part, the tape cassette receiving part will be firmly attached to the case body through the support wall. Since it is supported, the tape cassette receiving part does not bend or deform, and can maintain the horizontal posture of the upper surface of the tape cassette receiving part. As a result, the tape cassette naturally corrects its posture while fitting the engaging body into the hub hole. Since the tape cassette receiver does not displace or deform, the upper end of the engaging protrusion is always held at a fixed position higher than the top surface of the tape cassette receiver, and is securely connected to the bottom surface of the hub hole into which it is fitted. The engaging protrusion is pushed down. This also increases the upward elastic repulsion force of the engagement protrusion. During storage, the tape reel naturally rotates slightly, and when the hole of the rotating reel in the hub hole is displaced to a position where it engages with the engaging protrusion, the engaging protrusion is pushed into the hole of the rotating reel by the elastic repulsive force. It rushes into and is stopped.

A preferred embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The tape reel rotation stopper structure shown in Figure 1 is as follows:
A strut portion 2 protruding from the inner surface of the case body side of the storage case 1, and an engagement main body 3 latched onto the strut portion 2.
It is made up of The engagement main body 3 is made of a synthetic resin material having spring properties, and has a tape cassette receiving portion 6 on the upper surface of a substantially hollow columnar shape. An engaging protrusion 5 is provided on the top of the raised portion of the resilient piece portion 4 . Furthermore, reinforcing pieces 8 are integrally formed on both sides of the base side of the elastic piece part 4, and are inclined downward in the extending direction of the elastic piece part 4 and are in contact with the bottom surface. This engagement main body 3 is externally fitted onto the cylindrical support portion 2 without a gap, but the outer peripheral surface of the support support portion 2 and the engagement main body 3 are
A pair of engagement means each consisting of a protrusion and a recess is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the engagement body 3.
The engagement main body 3 is latched onto the support 2 fixed to the storage case 1 by fitting the engagement body 3 into the support 2 and aligning the protrusion and the recess. The means for engaging the engaging body 3 and the support column 2 is not particularly limited in this invention, and in short, it is necessary to fix the resilient piece 4 to the storage case 1 side or to prevent the tape reel from rotating. Any configuration may be used as long as the resilient piece part 4 is connected so as not to separate or rotate from the storage case 1 side unless a force greater than the restraining force is applied. In this embodiment, the side surface of the engaging main body 3 is engaged with the support column 2 and integrated with the tape cassette receiving section 6.
Although the support wall supports the support wall, these may be formed integrally in advance. Next, in this embodiment, the outer periphery of the engagement body 3 is shaped to fit into the hub hole 11 of the tape cassette 10. Then, tape cassette 10 is placed inside storage case 1.
When the engaging body 3 is accommodated, the engaging body 3 is fitted into the hub hole 11. As a result, the engagement protrusion 5 located at the highest position in the engagement body 3 is connected to the through hole 12 formed at the top of the hub hole 11.
Although there are rare cases where the engaging protrusion 5 immediately comes into contact with the hub hole 11, the engaging protrusion 5 collides with the top of the hub hole 11 and is pressed, causing the elastic piece 4 to bend under pressure and cause the tape reel to After a slight natural rotation, when the engaging protrusion 5 aligns with the through hole 12 of the hub hole 11, the engaging protrusion 5 thrusts into the corresponding through hole 12 due to the upward repulsive force and is latched. It will be done. In this embodiment, the tip side of the elastic piece 4 is formed in a hollow position so as not to touch the ground even when a load is applied, so that the load applied to the elastic piece 4 is dispersed and the elastic A reinforcing piece 8 is formed to increase the repulsive force of the protruding piece 4. Further, the upper surface of the engagement body 3 is set at a lower position than the engagement protrusion 5 and at a height that can apply a predetermined repulsive force to the elastic piece 4 when the tape cassette 10 is stored, so that the upper surface of the engagement body 3 is not engaged more than necessary. When a load is applied to the elastic piece part 4 through the mating protrusion 5, the elastic piece part 4 receives the load and prevents a large load from being applied to the elastic piece part 4. The tape reel rotation prevention structure shown in Figure 2 is as follows:
A small-diameter support portion 2 protruding inside the storage case 1
and an engagement main body 3 which is latched onto the support column 2. The engagement main body 3 has a substantially hollow cylindrical shape, and on the upper surface on which the tape cassette receiving part 6 is formed, a resilient piece part 4 is connected, which rises to the highest position in the middle part and then extends downwardly toward the ground contact side. An engaging protrusion 5 is provided on the top of the protrusion. Further, notches are formed on both sides of the resilient piece portion 4. Furthermore, at the center of the interior of the engagement main body 3, the support column 2 is provided.
A column connecting portion 7 is provided vertically for fitting into the column. As in the previous embodiment, a pair of engagement means is provided between the support column 2 and the support column connection part 7, and the support support 2 is latched to the support support connection part 7 so as not to rotate. This embodiment is characterized in that the tip of the resilient piece 4 extends to the ground plane, that is, near the bottom of the storage case 1, and when the tape cassette 10 is stored, the resilient piece 4 is inserted through the engaging protrusion 5. When a large load is applied to the tape cassette receiving part 6, the tip of the resilient piece part 4 touches the ground and the stress can be dispersed, so that the strength for supporting the tape cassette receiving part 6 can be further increased. Note that the upper surface of the engagement main body 3 is the tape cassette receiver 6.
This is the same as in the previous embodiment. The tape reel rotation stop structure shown in Figure 3 is as follows:
This figure shows a structure in which a plurality of elastic pieces 4 (three pieces at 120° intervals) of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 are arranged radially, and the same structures are given the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted. In addition, when a plurality of elastic pieces 4 are provided, even if a part of the elastic pieces 4 are damaged, if at least one elastic piece 4 is normal, it can perform the function of preventing the tape reel from rotating. This is beneficial because it allows you to The tape reel rotation stopper structure shown in FIG. 4 is a modification of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 in which the resilient piece portion 4 is disposed in the circumferential direction with respect to the column connecting portion 7. That is, on the outer periphery of the cylindrical support column connecting part 7, there is an inverted generally U-shaped resilient piece part 4 with one end in contact with the ground and the other end in a non-ground state.
It consists of a structure in which one side of the ground is fixed. Here, the annular horizontal upper end surface of the column connecting portion 7 serves as the tape cassette receiving portion 6. Other structural functions are similar to those of the previous embodiment. The outer periphery of the resilient piece portion 4 corresponds to the inner periphery of the hub hole 11, which also applies to the following embodiments. The tape reel rotation stop structure shown in Fig. 5 is as follows:
A column connecting portion 7 that can be hooked onto a small diameter column 2 that protrudes inside the storage case 1, and
It consists of three inverted generally L-shaped resilient pieces 4 connected at 120° intervals and an upright plate formed between each resilient piece 4, and the upper end surface of each upright plate is on the same horizontal plane. Together, they constitute a tape cassette receiving section 6. That is, the resilient piece 4 consists of an upright piece that is fixed to the support 2 and an actuation piece that is curved from the upright piece and extends separately without being fixed to the support 2. An engaging protrusion 5 is provided protrudingly on the piece. Since the tip of the elastic piece 4 is in a hollow position separated from the ground contact position, a tape cassette receiving part 6 is provided at a lower position than the engaging protrusion 5 to reduce the stress applied to the elastic piece 4. We are trying to diversify. The tape reel rotation prevention structure shown in Fig. 6 is as follows:
The number of through holes 12 (3 pieces) arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the column connecting portion 7 which is hooked to the small diameter column portion 2 protruding inside the storage case 1 and becomes an integral support wall. It consists of an elastic piece part 4 in which a plurality of the above pieces (5 pieces) are connected. The annular upper end surface of the column connecting portion 7 forms a horizontal surface to form a tape cassette receiving portion 6. Next, the resilient piece portion 4 includes an upright piece portion that is fixed to the support portion 2, an inclined piece portion that is separated from the upright piece portion without being fixed to the support portion 2, and extends in an upwardly inclined manner, and the inclined piece portion. It consists of a zenith piece part extending upward with a further loosened inclination angle from the top part, and has the illustrated example configuration in which an engaging protrusion 5 is provided protrudingly provided on the zenith piece part. In this case, the resilient piece portion 4 is bent in three stages, but it is preferable to form the bent portions in a rounded shape to further increase the resilient force. In this case, the inclined piece or the zenith piece separated from the support column 2 bends in a resilient manner. In this embodiment, since the resilient piece portion 4 is formed in more than the through holes 12 (usually three) formed in the top plate of the hub hole 11, the engaging protrusion 5 that is not fitted into the through hole 12 is located above. Since it receives the load of the tape cassette 10 in a biased state, the load applied to each elastic piece 4 can be weakened, and no large burden is placed on the elastic piece 4. In addition, in the above embodiment, the support portion 2 and the support connection portion 7 are
Although a configuration is shown in which the elastic piece parts 4 are integrally formed with the support column connecting part 7, the combination with the support wall is used as a support wall. Of course, the structure may be such that the two are connected in a resilient manner. In this invention, it goes without saying that the shape of the tape cassette to be stored and the shape of the storage case are not particularly limited.

[Effect of the invention] In this invention, when storing the tape cassette, the tape cassette receiving part of the engaging body supports the tape cassette, and the engaging protrusion engages with the hole of the rotating reel to stop the tape from rotating. is being carried out. In other words, even if the tape cassette is slanted when stored, since the tape cassette receiving part is fixed, the engaging body does not bend or deform significantly as in the conventional structure, and the tape cassette is better able to correct its posture. At the same time, the engagement body can be fitted into the hub hole. As a result, the position of the elastic piece is held constant, so that the engaging protrusion is always at a higher position than the tape cassette receiving part, and the engaging protrusion is securely engaged with the hole in the rotating reel of the tape cassette. can be combined. Further, the degree of elasticity of the resilient piece can be adjusted to a desired degree by adjusting its bent or curved shape.
