This is because aluminum foil is a good conductor and will not be heated in a microwave oven, allowing the container to be directly touched even after the food has been heated.

In particular, sparks often occur at sharp edges of the container, and in the case of aluminum foil containers with pleated bodies as shown in Figure 1, sparks occur near the corners of the outer surface of the bottom, causing fine holes and cracks. There are many things.

There is. However, although this method does prevent the generation of sparks, it has been pointed out that the film is made of melamine resin, which has a molecular structure called a three-dimensional network structure, and therefore lacks flexibility. Due to this point, if the aluminum foil container body is deformed, it may not be able to follow the deformation, and it may peel or crack, and there is a risk that sparks will eventually occur at that part, and eventually holes and cracks will occur. is left behind.

The degree of polymerization of the constituent units is
Approximately 500 to 200 is good. This is because if the degree of polymerization is less than 500, it tends to be difficult to form a continuous film, and if it exceeds 2000, the flexibility of the film tends to gradually decrease.

なるからである。 The degree of saponification of polyvinyl alcohol is preferably 90% or more. This is because a material with a low degree of saponification is difficult to dissolve in water, making it difficult to prepare the composition as an aqueous solution when coating the aluminum foil container body 2.

形成される皮膜が柔軟性に富むためである。 The zirconium salt is blended in an amount of about 1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, and dissolved in an appropriate amount of water to prepare an aqueous composition. The aluminum foil container 1 according to the present invention can be manufactured by coating this composition on at least the bottom outer surface of the aluminum foil container body 2 and then drying to form a film 3. Of course, the entire outer surface of the aluminum foil container body 2 may be coated with the composition. Alternatively, the aluminum foil container according to the present invention may be produced by coating an aluminum foil that has not yet been shaped into a container shape with this composition, drying it to form a film, and then molding it into the shape of a container. The reason why the molding process after film formation is possible in this way is that the film formed in the present invention is highly flexible.

することができる。(e) Effects of the invention The aluminum foil container according to the invention has a film coated with a composition consisting of polyvinyl alcohol and zirconium salt on the outer surface of the bottom of the container, where sparks are likely to occur in a microwave oven. , it is possible to prevent the generation of sparks, and as a result, it is possible to prevent holes and cracks from forming in the aluminum foil container. Since this film is relatively flexible, it will not peel or crack even if the aluminum foil container body is deformed. Therefore, even if the aluminum foil container is modified in various ways and used for a long period of time, it is possible to prevent the generation of sparks, that is, the formation of holes or cracks in the aluminum foil container.

特有の効果を奏する。 In addition, the film formed on the aluminum foil container of the present invention has good water resistance because polyvinyl alcohol is chelated with zirconium salt, and the film does not dissolve even when washed with water using detergent. It has the unique effect of being less likely to come out or peel off.
