In other words, a contact sensor is installed at the lower part of the outer periphery of the car body, and a working cable with one end connected to the tip of the right protrusion is stretched along the left side bumper or the front and rear bumpers, and the other end is connected to the tip of the right protrusion. A vehicle body contact detection alarm for an automobile, characterized in that a buzzer and a pilot lamp provided in the driver's cabin are connected to a battery power source through a switch of the contact sensor and a hand switch. It is a device. (Special Publication No. 59-20499) However, in this device, the operating cable that controls the opening and closing of the switch of the contact sensor is stretched so as to surround the vehicle along the side bumper or the front and rear bumpers. The operating cable is unstable, and as the vehicle vibrates and oscillates while driving, it vibrates and oscillates inadvertently, causing the contact sensor to function indiscriminately, which may even confuse the driver. There were problems such as the operating cable near the muffler being directly exposed to high temperature and high pressure exhaust gas, which adversely affected its durability.

First, reference numeral 3 denotes bumpers that are attached to the chassis 2 or the body, respectively, as will be explained below, on both left and right sides and at the rear of the automobile 1, such as a large truck or trailer body. That is, the left and right side bumpers 3 shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, and 5 are composed of three constituent rods 4a, 4b, and 4c arranged horizontally and parallel to each other, with the upper two constituent rods 4a , 4b are integrally attached and fixed to the body of the automobile 1 by three mounting rods 6 at three locations appropriately spaced apart. The other lowermost (third stage) constituent rod 4c is composed of three rotatable rods whose upper ends are rotatably pivoted to the central second stage constituent rod 4b at several locations at appropriate intervals. They are inserted and fixed to the lower end portions of the movable arm rods 5, respectively. That is, the constituent rod 4c of the third stage at the bottom is rotatable back and forth about the constituent rod 4b of the second central stage.

As shown in FIG. 5, one of the shock absorbers 11 is provided with a contact sensing switch 22 at the inner proximal end of the outer tube 13, and a protrusion piece 23 corresponding to the inner proximal end of the inner tube 15. Therefore, in the case of the side bumper 3, two shock absorbers 10 are provided on both sides, one shock absorber 11 is provided in the center, and a clevis 24 is attached to the chassis 2. are integrally pivotally connected to the lower end of each rotating arm rod 5, respectively. Further, in the case of the rear bumper 3, as shown in FIG. 6, a shock absorber 10 is provided on one side and a shock absorber 11 is provided on the other side, each with a clevis 24 attached to the chassis 2, and each inner pipe 14, 15 The tips of the two are integrally pivotally connected to the lower end of the rotating rod 8, respectively. Both the side bumper 3 and the rear bumper 3 are designed to maintain a vertical state under normal conditions when the shock absorbers 10 and 11 are fully extended by the action of the springs 20, respectively, and in the event of an accident involving a person or a bicycle, etc. can be rotated inward, and 1
Each contact sensing switch 22 and the alarm are wired together so that when the contact sensing switch 22 of each shock absorber 11 is turned ON, the buzzer and pilot lamp of the alarm in the driver's cabin are automatically activated to issue an alarm. . In addition, in the drawing embodiment, a case is illustrated in which only the lowermost structural rod 4c of the side bumper 3 rotates, but it is also possible to rotate two structural rods 4b and 4c, or three structural rods. It is also possible for all of 4a to 4c to rotate.

(Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, this invented device is equipped with a plurality of shock absorbers interposed in the bumper of an automobile so that the whole or part of the bumper can be rotated inward by contact, etc. Since at least one of the shock absorbers is provided with a contact sensing switch that operates when the bumper is rotated, the contact sensor of this invention is attached to the shock absorber that is mechanically interlocked with the bumper that can rotate inward. The switch is mechanically linked with the rotation of the bumper, and the conventional example
Compared to the contact-sensing switch operated by tensioning cables (No. 20499 Publication), it can always perform stable and accurate functions without any deviations under any circumstances, and has fewer breakdowns and is more durable. It has excellent effects such as ensuring stable use over a period of time, and can significantly contribute to traffic safety. In addition, each bumper is equipped with a shock absorber, which prevents the driver of the vehicle from suddenly stopping and causing a fatal accident in the event of a collision or collision while the vehicle is moving or when turning right, left, or reversing. It has the effect of preventing and minimizing damage.
