Claims (1)
板製の波板と平板とを交互に積層して形成した断
面楕円形状のメタル触媒担体を配設した触媒コン
バータに於て、上記メタル触媒担体を、その長径
方向に波板及び平板を交互に積層して形成すると
共に、排気ガス導入口側のメタル触媒担体端面に
、導入された排気ガスをメタル触媒担体の長径方
向に案内する複数の整流板を一体に設けたことを
特徴とする触媒コンバータ。 (2) 整流板は、排気ガス導入口側に突出する波
板の突片と、これを挟持する平板に設けた突片と
のサンドイツチ構造からなることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の触媒コンバー
タ。 (3) 整流板は、排気ガス導入口側に突出する平
板の突片であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
