BACKGROUND ART Plastic and aluminum molded bodies called decking materials have recently been widely used as floorboards for terraces, balconies, corridors, etc., especially floorboards exposed to rain. As a typical example of this type of conventional decking material A,
For example, as shown in FIG.
2, a U-shaped groove 4 formed in the middle of the floor portion 3, a support wall 5,
and connection edges 6 and 7 formed on both side edges. Recently, a hollow type deck material A has been provided which has vertical partition walls 9, 9 between a floor surface portion 3 and a bottom surface portion 8, as shown in its cross-sectional shape in FIG. These conventional decking materials utilize the bottom surface 4A of the groove portion 4 extending in the length direction, and after fixing to the horizontal beam 10 by piercing the bottom surface 4A with nails or screws, the groove cover 1 is fixed.
1 is fixed to the opening of the groove 4 to form a floor plate. However, as mentioned above, the conventional decking material is fixed to the horizontal beam 10 by nailing or screwing, so when it rains, the groove cover 10
Rainwater infiltrates into the groove 4 through the joint gap 1, and a portion of the rainwater leaks from the pierced portion of the nail or screw, resulting in rain leakage. Furthermore, during construction, once the decking material is fixed on the horizontal beam 10, it becomes impossible to adjust the installation and fixing position in the length and width directions, so there is a drawback that construction is time-consuming.

As a measure to improve such problems, conventionally, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 52-67711, at least a pair of hanging walls are formed along the longitudinal direction on the back surface of a long plate-like main body, which is the deck material main body. Grooves are formed facing each other along the longitudinal direction on opposite sides of the pair of hanging walls, and both side edges of the fixed plate are fitted into the grooves, and the fixing plate is fixed to the fixed plate. A plate-shaped body for juxtaposition as a decking material is disclosed, which is formed with a tool insertion hole. In such a plate-like body for side-by-side installation, the insertion holes for nails and screws, which are fixing tools, are provided in a fixing plate that is a separate member from the long plate-like body, and the fixing plate is located on the floor surface of the long plate-like body. It is also covered with hanging walls on both sides to prevent rainwater from entering.

However, since the fixing device insertion hole in the above improvement plan penetrates the top and bottom of the fixing plate, there is a space between the horizontal bars on which the long plate-shaped main body is mounted, and a joint between the long plate-shaped main body and the bars. There is a risk that some of the rainwater that has entered the area may reach the pierced areas of the nails and screws, and it has not been possible to sufficiently eliminate rain leaks and rusting of the nails and screws. To install the fixing plate, first engage the fixing plate from the sides of the grooves provided on both hanging walls, and then slide it toward the back of the groove while visually checking the position of the fixing plate from below the groove. Furthermore, if the fixing device insertion hole of the fixing plate is misaligned with the mounting hole provided on the horizontal crosspiece at the mounting position, the adjustment for alignment becomes even more troublesome. In addition to this, there were problems such as poor work efficiency as the nails and screws had to be penetrated from below the horizontal beams.

The present invention was developed with the aim of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional decking materials. The purpose is to provide a decking material whose installation and fixing position in the width direction can be adjusted, and as shown in the embodiments in FIGS. , a channel 20 with a T-shaped cross section is formed extending in the length direction of the deck material body 12, and is perpendicular to horizontal walls 21 located on the top surface and both side surfaces of the horizontal beam 10 extending in the transverse direction of the deck material A. A vertical groove 2 of the T-shaped channel 20 is formed on the horizontal wall 21 of the inverted U-shaped base portion 23 having walls 22, 22, so as to be able to fit into the T-shaped channel 20 of the decking material A.
Using a fixture B provided with a T-shaped protrusion 25 having a width dimension W 2 smaller than the width dimension W 1 of the vertical groove 24 and a length dimension larger than the width dimension W 1 of the vertical groove 24. , before laying the decking material A on the horizontal beam 10, the above-mentioned fixture B is aligned in the direction of its vertical axis.
While turning 90 degrees, insert the protrusion 25 into the T-shaped channel 20 of the decking material A through the vertical groove 24 of the channel 20, and then turn it 90 degrees again to insert the T-shaped protrusion 25 into the T-shaped channel. 20, and in that state, position it on the horizontal beam 10 so that the vertical walls 22, 22 of the base portion 23 sandwich the horizontal beam 10, and after positioning the decking material A, By fixing the fixture B to the horizontal beam 10 by nailing or screwing through the small hole 26 provided in the vertical wall 22 of the base portion 23, the decking material A is attached to the horizontal beam as shown in FIG. It can be fixed at a predetermined position on 10.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the T-shaped channel 20
Although a combination of a T-shaped protrusion 25 and a T-shaped protrusion 25 is shown as an example, any combination can be used as long as the channel on the deck material A side and the protrusion on the fixture B side engage, for example, an L-shaped channel and an L-shaped protrusion. may be combined. or,
Although the shape of the base portion 23 of the fixture B is shown as an inverted U-shape in the above embodiment, it may be formed in a horizontal J-shape as shown in FIG. It may also be formed into an inverted L shape as shown in FIG. Furthermore, in order to eliminate the need for nails or screws to be attached to the horizontal bar 10, an engaging piece 27 that engages with the lower surface of the horizontal bar 10 is provided protruding from the free end of the vertical wall 22 of the base portion 23, as shown in FIG. By locking the horizontal bar 10
It is also possible to have a structure that can be fixed to.

The decking material A includes a decking material main body 12 in which a channel 20 having a T-shaped or L-shaped cross section is formed with a vertical groove 24 whose lower end surface is open over the entire length of the lower surface side of the floor surface portion 13; The channel 2 is attached to the upper surface of the base portion 23 attached to the underfloor component.
Width dimension of vertical groove 24 of 0 Width dimension smaller than 1
W 2 and a T-shaped or L-shaped protrusion 25 having a length larger than the width W 1 of the vertical groove 24; 25 into the channel 20 from below the decking body 12 through the vertical groove 24, and rotating the fixture B by approximately 90 degrees, thereby fixing the fixture B to the decking body 12. Therefore, unlike the conventional construction method, the protrusion 25 of the fixture B is attached to the channel 20, and the fixture B is fixed to the horizontal bar 10, so that the decking material A is laid and fixed on the horizontal bar 10. can do. Therefore, the deck material A itself does not require any holes for nailing or screwing, and there is no need for any holes for nailing or screwing, and there is no leakage of rainwater from the nailing or screwing parts. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the troublesome work of aligning the insertion holes for nails and screws between the decking material side and the horizontal beam side, which was conventionally necessary.

Furthermore, the fixture B can be attached to the decking material A simply by grasping the base portion 23, inserting it into the channel 20 of the decking material main body 12 from below and rotating it approximately 90 degrees. When it becomes necessary to adjust the attachment position of the fixture B on the main body 12, the fixture B should be
It is as simple as turning it 90 degrees, removing it, and then reinstalling it in the same way at the desired position. Therefore, it becomes possible to adjust the laying and fixing position in the length and width directions, and the work of laying the decking material A becomes extremely easy. Furthermore, unlike conventional decking materials, groove covers for nailing and screwing grooves are no longer required, and the appearance of the top surface can be improved, providing many practical effects.
