However, because the main body of the conventional beat board is a flat plate, it is suitable for use while floating on the water surface, but it is not suitable for use when submerged under the water surface, and it is difficult to maintain the balance of the user. It was difficult to use, and when used, it caused rolling, etc., and interfered with straight swimming. On the other hand, it is difficult to maintain balance under water, so it is difficult to submerge the beat board in water and use it as an aid for underwater exercise, and its use is limited to swimming training. It was hot.

As a solution to the above problem, the present invention has a rectangular plate-like body that is bent upward at a predetermined angle at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction, and protrudes upward at both ends of the plate-like body in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of grooves for water flow are provided on the back side of the plate-shaped main body, the grooves being provided along the longitudinal direction and widening toward the projecting edges at both ends. Therefore, it is easier for the user to maintain balance underwater,
The present invention also provides a beat board for swimming training and underwater exercise assistance that has a wide range of uses.

In the figure, the plate-like main body 1 is a rectangular plate made of a buoyant foamed resin or the like, and both plate surface parts 2 and 3 are bent upward at the longitudinal center part 4, so that the overall shape is approximately V-shaped. It has been formed. Further, at both ends of the bent plate-like main body 1 in the longitudinal direction, projecting edges 5, 5 are provided longitudinally along the both ends, and the projecting edges 5, 5 extend upwardly. Projecting portions 5a, 5 that protrude and are slightly inclined toward the outside.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the plate-like main body 1 is provided with three grooves 7 along the longitudinal direction on the back surface 6 side. These grooves 7 are formed so as to widen from the center part 4 toward the protruding edges 5, 5 at both ends, and the flow of water passing through the grooves 7 as the user swims allows the water to flow through both plate surfaces. It has the effect of keeping 2 and 3 in a stable state and improving swimming speed.

Further, in order to increase the buoyancy of the beat board 10, it is preferable that the size thereof is larger than that of conventional beat boards, such as length = 60 cm, width b = 35 cm, and thickness t = 5 cm. In order to improve the angle of bending, it is preferable that the angle of bending is approximately θ=135° to 175°. Due to the above bending, the center of gravity of the plate-like main body 1 is located below the water.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a general usage method. As with conventional beat boards, the user 20 holds the sides of the beat board 10 with the longitudinal direction vertical, floats his body on the water surface, and It moves its legs in accordance with its swimming style and swims forward. At this time, the beat board 10 allows the water in front to flow smoothly backward along the slope of the back surface 6 due to the bending of the main body, thereby reducing fluid resistance in the water and providing stability and straightness.

Moreover, the three grooves 7 provided on the back surface 6 further improve the stability and straightness of this beat plate 10. Therefore, the user 20 can practice how to move the legs and strengthen the leg strength in a stable state without having the upper body stiffened by the beat board 10.

FIG. 5a is a diagram showing how to use the beat board by drawing it to the user's chest. At this time, beat board 10
Due to the bending of the main body and the protruding portion 5a of the protruding edge portion 5 at one end, the user 20 comes into close contact with the user's 20 from the chin to the abdomen, making it possible to practice leg movements in a stable state. FIG. 5b is a diagram showing how to use it in sidestroke. In this case, the user 20 can practice leg movements in sidestroke by grasping both the protruding edges 5, 5 of the beat board 10 and placing his or her hips against one of the protruding edges 5.

Furthermore, the beat plate of the present invention allows the swimmer to learn the correct swimming posture of the prone or dorsal body in a floating state by bending the beat plate 10, as shown in FIGS. 5c and 5d. Figures 5e and 5f are diagrams showing how to use the beat board of the present invention as an aid for underwater exercise.
As shown in FIG. 5e, the user 20 can sit on the beat board 10 underwater, hold both the protruding edges 5, 5, and perform the bending, opening and closing movements of the legs, and the user 20 can maintain the underwater body necessary for swimming. Develop a balance.

At this time, with conventional beat boards, if the main body swings and becomes diagonal to the water surface, the user will be unable to keep his or her body in a vertical position, and may lose balance and fall, or the user may lose balance and fall. In the beat board, even if the main body is tilted, one of the board surface parts 2 or 3 remains horizontal, so the user 20 can keep his or her body vertical, making it possible to exercise underwater while maintaining balance.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5f, if the user 20 stands on the beat board 10 and rocks his or her upper body, this exercise will similarly improve the balance of the body. The beat board of the present invention can be used in many other ways in addition to those described above, and can be used widely by everyone from beginners to advanced players.

As described above, the beat plate of the present invention has a rectangular plate-like body bent upward at a predetermined angle at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction, so that the center of gravity of the plate-like body is located below the water. It is easy to maintain body balance on the water surface and underwater, and can support the user firmly, so even during intense swimming training, the beat board does not roll under the water surface, allowing the user to swim in a stable state. The purpose is to encourage users to quickly improve their swimming skills. Also,
As mentioned above, the beat board of the present invention can be widely used not only as a swimming training tool but also as an auxiliary floating device for underwater exercise, and can be used by a wide range of people, from women and children to advanced swimmers.
