[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The invention has an outer diameter and a length of approximately 25 mm and 150 mm, respectively, and is wrapped with strong thin paper with low moisture absorption on the outside. Regarding the improvement of the acupressure-type moxibustion device, which uses moxa compressed and formed into a fairly hard rod shape with a longitudinal hole of about 5 mm in diameter, it can also perform acupressure at the same time. Excellent moxibustion is achieved by directly contacting the combustion gas of the moxa and adding the combustion heat of the moxa, and by penetrating the active ingredients contained in the medicinal solutions of the moxa and raw loquat leaves under the skin of the affected area. This invention relates to the shape and structure of a new acupressure-type moxibustion device that allows therapy and acupressure therapy to be performed at the same time.

[Conventional technology] Fresh loquat leaves have long been said to keep doctors away, and are widely used in various places. For example, you can roast the surfaces of two loquat leaves over a fire, rub the surfaces together to create friction, and then quickly apply it to the affected area repeatedly, or you can boil the loquat leaves and drink them. Hot bathing with loquat leaves has been passed down as an effective folk remedy and is still practiced today, but relatively recently it has been discovered that loquat leaves contain a substance called amygdalin. It has been found that laetrile (vitamin B17) can be extracted from this amygdalin, and that this is vaporized by heat, penetrates into the body through the skin, and has the beneficial effect of blood purification.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the above-mentioned loquat leaf therapy acupressure device according to the earlier application, it is necessary to adjust the heat of the moxa that is ignited and loaded into the acupressure device, and to infuse the combustion gas of the same moxa into the desired amount. In order to apply pressure, the internal pump, which includes a sliding lid located at the rear end of the acupressure device, must be operated almost constantly during use of the acupressure device, and this requires the use of both hands; Because it is based on the premise of obtaining fresh loquat leaves, this earlier application is somewhat inconvenient to handle and use. It has the disadvantage of not being able to fully demonstrate its effects.

The present invention was made in view of these facts, and aims to eliminate the disadvantages, inconveniences, and shortcomings still recognized in the above-mentioned prior art of already filed applications. It is significantly different from those that apply strong heat to the skin, causing pain to the recipient and leaving scars on the skin, and is extremely easy to use even for the elderly, women, and children.
It can be handled safely, and it is possible to treat the same affected area for a long time at a comfortable, almost constant temperature and pressure that is appropriately adjusted. The extract is also prepared separately and can be used, so even if fresh loquat leaves are difficult to obtain, the moxibustion device according to the present invention will not cause any problems in use, and it can be used in conjunction with various conventional moxibustion and moxibustion devices for public use. In addition to utilizing the combustion gas of moxa, which has been little neglected in the field of medicine, the temperature can also be easily adjusted. In addition to its excellent moxibustion effect, it is also possible to apply effective ingredients such as moxa and loquat leaves to the skin of the affected area. The present invention aims to provide an acupressure-type moxibustion device that also has the advantage of increasing the therapeutic effect through penetration.

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is compressed into a fairly hard rod shape with a length and outer diameter of about 150 mm and 25 mm, respectively, and a vertical hole 1a with a diameter of about 5 mm in the center. The moxa is formed, and the outside is covered with strong, thin western paper that has little moisture absorption. Reference numeral 2 denotes a cylindrical body which also serves as a gripping part of the moxibustion device, and is made of a lightweight, rust-resistant, and relatively inexpensive metal material, such as aluminum, and includes a moxa support part 3 and an outer periphery of an inner cylinder 4 integrated therewith. A heat insulating material 5 such as asbestos cloth or the like having an appropriate thickness is wrapped around the outer circumferential surface of the material, for example.
It is covered with a covering material 6 such as velvet cloth that has a nice texture and is pasted with adhesive. As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer cylindrical portion of the cylindrical body 2, which is made of a layer of heat insulating material 5 and whose outer periphery is covered with a covering material 6 such as velvet cloth, has an inner cylindrical portion. It is extended forward by an appropriate dimension compared to 4. The rod-shaped moxa 1 inserted from the rear end into the center hole of the cylindrical body 2 is connected to the cylindrical body 2 via the moxa support portion 3 provided at the rear end of the inner cylinder 4. It can be slidably moved forward and backward in the length direction on the same axis, and is always securely fixed and held at a desired position. Note that instead of covering the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 4 with the covering material 6 via the heat insulating material 5 as described above, a covering material 6 that also serves as the heat insulating material 5, for example, a covering made of heat-resistant synthetic resin with excellent heat insulation properties, is used. The material 6 may be attached to the outer circumference of the inner cylinder 4.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a moxibustion cap member, which is attached to the front end of the cylindrical main body 2 coaxially and detachably. Therefore, the cap member 7, which is formed to have substantially the same outer diameter and inner diameter as the cylindrical main body 2 and a relatively short length, has substantially the same shape as the above-mentioned inner cylinder 4 provided inside. , and similarly, for example, the inner cylinder 7a made of aluminum,
A size more suitable than the rear end edge of each outer cylinder portion to be described later, specifically, substantially equal to the distance from the front end of the inner cylinder 4 in the cylindrical main body 2 described above to the front end edge of the outer cylinder portion. Or, it is made to protrude backwards by a rather short length. Therefore, this inner cylinder 7a
By inserting the protruding portion into the front end opening of the cylindrical body 2, the moxibustion cap member 7 can be selectively fitted into the cylindrical body 2 according to the purpose, and can be rotated relative to each other. Can be reliably connected.
Approximately midway in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 2 and at appropriate positions at the fitting positions with the moxibustion cap member 7, the outer surface of the rod-shaped moxa 1 inserted into the cylindrical body 2 to a predetermined depth and held therein. , an appropriate number of air inflow holes 10, 11a and 11b of appropriate size and shape are provided in the circumferential direction of each of the inner cylinders 4 and 7a to communicate with the space 9 formed between the inner peripheral surfaces of the inner cylinders 4 and 7a. Each hole (in the illustrated embodiment, four small circular holes) are arranged and drilled. Note that the opening degree of each of the air inflow holes 11a and 11b can be changed, including fully open and fully closed, by rotating the cylindrical main body 2 and the moxibustion cap member 7, which are in a mutually fitting relationship, relative to the other. The cylindrical body 2 can be adjusted in a stepless manner, that is, for example, by appropriately rotating the cylindrical body 2.
Four openings 11a and 11b of approximately the same shape and size are provided in each of the positions near the front end of the outer cylinder portion and at appropriate locations in the inner cylinder 7a protruding toward the rear of the moxibustion cap member. The radial direction of the shaped bodies can be almost completely matched in the radial direction.

To explain the above points in more detail,
The moxibustion cap member 7 is made of fresh loquat leaves instead of
For example, on the outside of the front end of the aluminum inner cylinder 7a, a heat insulating material 12 such as asbestos cloth having an appropriate wall thickness and a tactile material are provided as the outer cylinder part. A heat-resistant rubber layer 13 having appropriate elasticity is wrapped around it to improve the performance, and its surface is further coated with, for example, acrylic ester 14. At a position near the rear end of this outer cylinder part, a partition wall 15 made of, for example, aluminum fixed to the inside of the inner cylinder 7a and a front end face in which a relatively large diameter outflow hole 16 is bored. In between, a vaporizing chamber 18 for a medicinal solution such as loquat leaf extract is formed, in which an appropriate amount of absorbent cotton, sponge, urethane foam, etc. is filled as an absorption/retention material 17 for a medicinal solution such as loquat leaf extract, and the partition wall 15 In order to communicate the loquat leaf extract vaporization chamber 18 separated in the front-rear direction with the inner cavity 9 of the cylindrical body 2, the partition wall 15 has a moxa cap member 7 and the same axis as the moxibustion cap member 7.
A small-diameter pipe 19 made of a metal such as aluminum of the same quality is fixedly installed, passing through the partition wall 15 at right angles, and the tip of this small-diameter pipe is located at a suitable distance from the front end surface of the moxibustion cap member 7. It is opened into the chemical liquid vaporization chamber 18 at the rear position where it is retracted by a certain distance (see FIG. 1).
